Sep 08,2021My partner and I lived at Kings Dock Mill for two years and we loved it. Perfect location and the premises is always kept spotless. Our landlords Grainger were fantastic, specifically Luke Pollard who was always happy to help with any issues. We hope our next landlords will be of a similar standard.

Sep 01,2021Michelle lamb deserves and absolute medal, Ruben deserves a medal. Putting up with us during the anxious wait to get contracts signed. Not once have they moaned about us being worried. Today we got tenancy agreements signed! And now we look forward eagerly for that phone call to meet an agent at the apartment at the rock to collect the keys. Honestly an absolute pleasure doing business with these guys, and we look forward to many more years of dealing with them

Aug 25,2021I’ve lived here twice In the last 4 years on 2 separate occasions and I have nothing but good things to say! The flats are nicely decorated and well kept, and worth every penny for what you get. The move in and check out process were so simple thanks to the excellent staff, the communication was great and there was no stress. The maintenance staff were also great, fixing any issues we had in great time. Louise and Deborah have been so helpful throughout my time with Grainger, always replying to emails in a timely manner and helping wherever they can.

Aug 22,2021Martin has been the onsite caretaker/building manager for the entire 5 years we lived in the building. He has been very helpful and quick to respond to any issues or problems that we had. Martin is a friendly face to see and chat with, has a good sense of humour, and is very hard working (as he has to oversee 3 buildings in the area). Since Grainger took over we had many positive interactions with Mark. He’ has always been quick to respond to emails and was very helpful answering questions throughout our moving out period.

Jul 26,2021Total incompetence. After months of roof works for which Leaseholders paying £thousands today it rained - yes it rains in the UK! Roof terraces flooded, flats below flooded, lift completely dangerous and out of action and dripping with water! We were told in the last week or so by James Biley, Head of Block Management at Grainger that roof work now complete and "no further water ingress into these dwellings was reported" - well I can report that today 25.07.21 there is water everywhere. Total ineptitude and still they charge the flat owners and leaseholders. CEO Helen Gordon should be so ashamed of herself - and she has just received a MASSIVE BONUS. Keep away from this Housing Developer - they just don't care. They rip you off big time. Wish I could put up photographs! PS beware the 5 star reviews - likely to be written by employees.

Jul 20,2021Was renting a Grainger property for 2 years and have absolutely no complaints, any repairs/maintenance that needed doing were done so quickly and with no fuss. Shout out to Luke who was my main contact while in the property. Luke managed to organise everything smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure my time in the property was ideal.

Jul 17,2021We have recently decided to extend our tenancy agreement with one more year. The renewal team was fantastic and the professional support received was extremely valuable. Special thanks to Natasha, Sophie, Helen, Alison, Jemma and Lacey! (I know their names only from our exchange of emails during the renewal process and everyone was very friendly and helpful). I would also like to highlight the excellent on site service and efficient support provided by the property management team. During the extended and recently finalised refurbishment project they assisted us in all the challenges a tenant has to experience in such context. Many thanks Katie (property manager) and special thanks to Younis (our on site admin), for all his effort and permanent on site support! Genuine professionals.

Jul 16,2021We're about to come to the end of a long tenancy with Grainger in Kings dock mill Liverpool and compared to every other renting situation I've been in this has been the easiest and least stressful of all of them. The team at grainger have been fantastic in all points of contact we've had with them. Luke P the property manager (our main point of contact) has been mega helpful and friendly throughout the tenancy whenever we've had any reason to reach out: any repairs, questions, anything at all sorted quickly. Amazing renting experience :)

Jul 13,2021While living at East Quarter, Mark and Martin were very responsive to any issues that arose and would go the extra mile to help me out even after I moved out! Mark forwarded a delayed package all the way to Denmark that arrived after I moved countries without a second thought! They do great work!

Jun 23,2021Since I have been in the property since November 17 Luke has been my landlord and honestly could not have asked for a better landlord every problem and question I had he solved and made my experience living in beechrise amazing. Am sad to be leaving but due buying my own house I am leaving the property. Luke deserves a promotion if not that a pay rise definitely the best landlord you could have.

Jun 20,2021Mark and Martin from Grangers are always very helpful, I don't usually write reviews but these guys definitely deserve it. Always helpful and professional, the door on my bedroom broke not long after I moved into the New Islington building, I really thought I'd have to sleep on the sofa for a few days, after an email to mark he called immediately and told me someone would be there within the hour, who managed to open the door and also replace the handle. As I've previously been with an awful estate agents (ascend - avoid like a plague) i really thought it would be a battle to get this sorted, but it wasn't at all. Always helpful, will definitely be a resident here for a while. Looking after their tenants and customer service is always excellent. Great job guys, thanks for the help. 🙂

Jun 18,2021Living in a lovely flat in Kew Bridge, very nicely done and when there are small issues the Kier/Grainger repair service are always happy to assist with any minor issues which you would have to resolve yourself under a private landlord. Katie, our property manager is always on hand if we need help in any matter. Overall a great place to live.

Jun 11,2021Nice modern city centre apartments and even nicer staff. In particular I want to thank luke, kellie, rob, steve and harry even though i probably pestered them throughout my five year stay. They were always available for any issues and always happy to help. Made the building feel really welcoming and just a great place to live. I left as I moved country but I will keep an eye for grainger accommodation when I am looking next! Thanks for a great 5 years guys! Sad to leave.

Oct 15,2021Stayed in Ability Plaza Haggerston London, generally very responsive unless they get very busy. Building quality generally high as Grainger are an investment company so want to look after their assets I guess but its always down to you to find the better flat out of their portfolio as some will always be better than others. Foxtons level of service
