I have been so impressed with the Grainger staff in Southampton at Gatehouse Apartments . The apartments are super as are the facilities available for tenants however Treasa Larke has been such a super star and nothing has been too much trouble for her. Her positive energy, her ability to listen and put the clients needs first is fabulous. A very charming lady filled with information about the apartments and all the services on offer. I've been living at one of Grainger's developments for almost a year now. Building management is very attentive and always responds quickly to everything including maintenances. Shout out to the Apex team! and Jemma from renewals was very helpful when renewing tenancy.
Look no further for a delicious meal and a manager with a professional demeanour 2 days ago we went to Granger. We were anxious when we arrived and did not see her but we were warmly welcomed in the garden by Binta. This is not our first visit, once again we were hugely impressed by her warm personality and attention to detail. We loved all her food recommendations! Exceptional and positive as always: we always feel utterly special with her. Do not know how to thank her so we are writing this review. I have tried all the other branches but this one in Chelsea is simply the best especially when you have a shining star like Binta
I have stayed at a Grainger Property for 6-7 years. The specific accommodation was very well fitted with all the latest equipment, furniture and smart storage. Whenever I had an issue, the management team was able to help me out. Everybody was very polite and helpful.

Well, what can one say? My mother has lived in the same property for 52 years. The first point she received a letter to say her home could be one selected to be put up for sale it stated we would let you know. She did not hear anything more. She called me in distressed people were looking through her window, standing outside and yesterday people knocking on her door. I popped round and as her partner left the house he was approached by two men who asked him who are you why are you in that house. My mother has to keep her blinds down no one who has lived on a property for 52 years should be going through this she is in her 70's. I then went on line to see if the house was on line being up for sale. Yes it was on an auction site. I made some enquiries the property was put on 30th May. I am utterly disgusted both of them have had so much worry with Covid and now this. The latest Granger have said they did inform her and when asked could she know how much the house would be to buy. She was told I don't know. No she was not informed I quote from your manager he apologised for not letting her know and not being in touch he was leaving the company. I have heard it all. The treatment is not acceptable throwing a long term tenant to the wolves people harassing her in her home after 52 years. Next time I am sure there will be as this is daily I will call the police. I am glad to see the government making a statement today around the right to buy for low earners. The discussion around private landlords. Granger Landlords who can allow old people after 52 years of looking after a house putting their own money in that house over the years. I grew up in that house to see my mother in such a state and terrified to open her blinds and scared to go out. This is not a company that cares about people. As quoted from one of the managers who called her it's happening in other houses where they have gone to auction people giving the tenants abuse. A manager from Granger said I would tell them where you go he used strong language I am not prepared to write on here. You say Granger your manager has apologised oh well that's okay then no it's not he only contacted my mother he was contacted with an excuse I was going to get in touch I have handed in my notice my mother has known him for 16 years that's the explanation lack of care. The care of people is shocking there is no care whatsoever. This is making my mother ill and her partner who has lived in the property for 30 years. No, it's not unsettling for them as suggested again from Granger it's outrageous. This should not be allowed you are allowing them to be harassed day to day after 52 years of being in a house there home scared to go out scared to open there blinds or window. You truly should be ashamed. Would you like a company to treat your mother and father in this way. I suggest you think about that and treat her with the respect she deserves after 52 years living in that house.

I had a great year with Grainger, staying at Tribe New Islington. The flat itself had a great layout, with plenty of space and storage options. The area was also well located for walks into the city centre. Mark and Martin who managed the building were always quick to respond to any queries, meter reading requests and repairs I had - so thank you to them especially. The only negative was the irreversible damage to the carpet inside flat, that had been stained by decorators prior to my arrival. Overall I enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend renting with Grainger.
We moved into juniper house in June 2020 and Louise was our property manager who we cannot fault, as a person who suffers with mobility issues we asked if we could have a walk in shower as opposed to the standard bath this was agreed and arranged without any problem and had a very slight rent increase to cover this cost. Anything we have contacted Louise about has been sorted out. The only downside to the property is unfortunately the anti social behaviour which is outside graingers control but they are working with the local council and police to tackle the issue, the other issue is the car park doesn’t have any security anymore so the teens have thrown rubbish all over but I cannot fault Louise/grainger at all. The flat itself was quiet with nice neighbours no noise and would take in parcels for each other.
Grainger is excellent! Jemma Herring is very attentive and answers to queries very quickly. Also they are very helpful in sorting out any issues in the apartment.
Renting with Grainger has been a super easy process! Loads of communication when moving in to let me know what the process is like and an even smoother experience when moving out with so much support from Luke. Luke has helped me so much over the last year and I couldn’t recommend him enough🙌🏻
In general, renting with Grainger was a pleasant experience. The team is very professional and helpful. My property manager Loiuse is extremely efficient and friendly. Would like to rent from them again in the future.
We lived very happily in a Grainger property for over 8 years - the team were always very helpful and any repairs were fixed in a timely fashion. Louise the property manager was also incredibly understanding and flexible when it came to us moving out, which made the process considerably less stressful. Would definitely recommend
Been with Grainger and kings dock mill for 6 months and they have been superb. A bit gutted that I have to move on but I'm moving to another city. Luke pollard has been quality, always there to help and even reimbursed us on our electric bill when it was faulty and overcharged us. Can't say many would do that. Would recommend to anyone
I moved into my flat about a week ago and Daryl was great during the whole process. Very helpful and very professional. Couldn’t be more thankful for the help. Amazing service.
I live in Newcastle and our property manager, Alex Masters, is great. He is extremely polite and professional. He always provides us with quick emails/ replies and has provided us with comfort and care here in Newcastle. Many thanks to the great service !
The past 14 months have been great at Tribe Ancoats. We feel really comfortable emailing Martin and Mark with any queries about the flat or asking for meter readings and always get a prompt response. It’s great to see them around the building. We’ve enjoyed our time here and haven’t had any issues that I can think of! Great location too :-)
