I want to express that we are very grateful with the manager of the property Mark, he is promptly responding to our enquiries and diligent to provide us solutions or alternatives. Undoubtedly the best manager we had since 6 years ago that we came to the Uk.
Very profesional from start to finish, Special thanks to Ryan ,Fern & Louise. Made moving very stress free and a few minor issues were rectified quickly and efficiently by Louise. Many thanks. Greg.
Absolute fraudsters. I’ve just moved out of the new property at Clippers Quay — the one where investors have pulled out of the building because it’s barely it’s barely full and Grainger probably inflated their projections. It has been an awful time. This company has genuinely tried to steal money MULTIPLE times, claiming they didn’t get rent that they did and billing sneaky fees. There customer service is awful. They have no idea they’re in the service industry. It is all slow or no replies. But they will just take or demand money without any explanation. They treat you like they’re doing you a favour rather than providing the service you pay for. The front of house staff at Clippers Quay is Salford were wonderful, but they’re let down by an incompetent (some would suggest crooked) back room team. If you’ve had a similar experience, please reach out because I am going to continue to investigate the Salford site.
The proof of a good landlord is the swift reaction and response time in relation to maintenance issues, In respect of my own circumstances I have always found Grainger PLC management representative Mahesh Parmer and his team to be extremely hands on pro active and attentive to detail. Grainger are a responsible landlord who are quick to implement health and safety measures, update appliances within the dwelling to recommended requirements and any approach made for access has always been within the requirements of notice. The property The Chainworks is a quirky industrial redevelopment giving the impression of a little worn at the edges however the general quality for cost per capita I believe represents good value for money so much so that I am in the process of taking up a 36month renewal option.
Most worst landlord who expect tenants to live in below standard conditions. With my property full of damp and property manager who doesn't want to do anything to maintain his properties and arrives at my flat without giving 24 hours written notice and tries to gain access. Mahesh palmer is his name if you were wondering grainger.
We have been tenants with Grainger for over 5 years now. Very pleased with the services we receive. Getting the maintenance issues sorted has never been easier. The facilities such as Gym, Movie room, etc. and the service of getting your packages delivered and safely received at the concierge by the friendly receptionist have certainly taken convenience to the next level.
Possible the worst company in the world. NEVER EVER EVER rent from these guys. Myself and my partner rented of these for 12 months... we were then faced with a £2400 electricity bill as we were told not to pay it because they thought there was problems with our electricity. So after not paying it for 6 months they turned round and demanded full payment. Myself and my partner have been paying £100 a month for the last year and they’ve pestered us for more and more. I then cancelled the direct debit and said they can have £10 a month of me, as I am volunteering in Asia and I’m not working. I then had the rudest email from their credit controller Alison Adamson stating that £10 a month is not acceptable for a £1500 bill. Baring in mind we’ve already paid £1200!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Sorry that I’m out in Asia helping young children learn English and can’t afford to give you £100. Never met a company like it in my whole entire life. And Alison Adamson should be out of a job with her disgusting attitude
Hello, I've been a tenant with Grainger for nearly 10 years, great company to rent from, never had a problem that couldn't be resolved with a quick email or phone call - any issues which came up were quickly addressed. The flat I had was fabulous, a lot of great memories and sad to leave. Edyta Forysiuk and Natasha Savery were particularly helpful over the years, always responsive and professional. Cheers
Grainger took very good care of me - specifically Edyta Forysiuk who was always on hand to provide advice, great service and coordination. I felt there was a lot of care taken and a real effort to build a personal relationship. Very happy with her and the Grainger experience
Never EVER have I dealt with such a rude and incompetent company then Grainger, especially the manager Edyta Forysiuk. I don't even know where to start... truly the worst experience I have had renting in London. Firstly Edyta is the most unhelpful, rude and disrespectful manager and I do not know how she is still in her job. Grainger have no respect, nor do they care at all about the well being of their tenants, honestly I am truly disgusted by the way this company handled issued during our tenancy. I would seriously recommend that you AVOID taking up a tenancy with Grainger, honestly I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
I wanted to take the time to recommend Natasha Savery whom I spoke to on numerous occasions today in an effort to get my boiler fixed at the property I rent through Graingers. She was proactive, friendly and extremely professional and made a real effort to keep in touch whilst the problem was being dealt with. Although it took a while for the right professional to come out and fix my boiler (through no fault of of Natasha's) she should be commended for her efforts and is clearly a real asset to the company. Many thanks again Natasha! Laura
Highly recommend getting a flat here, great value, service, facilities (gym, cycle storage, parking, concierge, inner courtyard and manager, Daniel👍🏼). If there are any issues with flat, their handyman who’s in once a week fixes it asap (not after months). Daniel will personally come & look at the issue if he can too. All very professional. They’ll receive your parcels for you & leave it in locker (I’ll MISS this!). Tue building is located above ASDA building & accessible internally..VERY convenient. Barking is also well connected in terms of transportation
Where to start? Never have I dealt with such an incompetent company as Grainger. Our tenancy ended on the 14th October 2019, the year we spent leasing with Grainger has emotionally drained me and my flat mate as well as draining our bank accounts. On multiple occasions we reported issues, including a hole in our bathroom ceiling with leaking water which not only meant we could not shower for months in our own property but introduced new life forms into our home. Upon moving out Grainger have charged us for a check out fee and a cleaning free which is ridiculous considering all of the issues we have had throughout our time there, these include but are not limited to: -Broken freezer for many months -Multiple lights out for our entire tenancy -Unsafe oven which caused fumes -Broken and dirty sofa -No water pressure for two weeks -Broken intercom for our entire tenancy -Had to change locks as people let themselves into our property without our consent -Stains on beds -Paint stripped on areas of the wall -Rusty towel rail which stained our towels -Broken seal on widows which caused mould -Leak in bathroom causing hole in ceiling and mould -Broken extractor fan -Stains on walls -Mouldy washing machine -Plaster removed from walls -Burn marks on carpet In light of all these issues we received a £10 reduction in our fees, which we found not only ridiculous but actually insulting, and have heard nothing further from the property manager, even after multiple emails. The lack of respect and care this company have for their customers is truly disgusting and I would highly recommend that people avoid taking up a tenancy with them; good luck to those who already have.
I've had excellent experience with Grainger Plc during my couple years with them so far. Residents are well looked after and any issues raised are handled promptly and professionally. The property manager is keen to ensure the standards of living are maintained to a high quality.
Graiger Plc is by far the best property management company, aka landlords, I've ever had in London. They are attentive and extremely fair, always looking to improve the living quarters and maintain safety. Prior to starting my tenancy, Graiger assigned my unit with a property manager named Edyta Forysiuk. Edyta and her assistant Natasha have being a crucial part of my tenancy, they are always prompt in replying my queries and providing quick solutions. Not to mention their kindness; i got home one day to a box of chocolates for the trouble caused by a plumbing maintenance. How amazing is that !!!!!!!!
Couldn’t ask for much more from a landlord. Always helpful and a good place to live.
Thank you so Much Luke pollard, once again you were superb!! I had an issue with my carpets and Luke was quick to respond and find a solution. Luke I cannot thank you enough!!! Thank you
I was a tenant with Grainger for 10 years, and my experience with them was exemplary. Repairs are handled promptly, and the property agents are helpful, attentive and friendly (my property manager, Edyta, was incredibly kind to help deal with some of my unwanted furniture after I vacated the property - thank you Edyta!!). Truly the best interaction with any Landlord I've experienced in London. Highly recommended.
Great letting agent! Kind, thoughtful and trustworthy. We rented with them for 5 years and they were always helpful and responsive. Thank you Edyta!

Feb 24,2020The quality of care given to me by my Property manager, Luke Pollard has been second to none. Any and all issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally by him making our time in the property much more enjoyable.
