Professional, detailed and responsive. Seem to be more interested in being good property managers than simply making money from tenants at all costs. I would recommend living in a Grainger building.
Very good experience with Grainger and our property manager Luke Pollard. Always available and very reactive to either fix an issue or replace furniture. World class service I highly recommend !
I spent 6 years with Grainger, it was a nice time, the staff, the service, I want to say thank you for every one, more specfically to Luck the manger of this bulding he helped me a lot ant time I need by emails and texts, Thanks Luck. I highly recommend it for any one who wants quite place with goof facilities. Thanks Grainger I will miss you when I back home.

Just wanted to take a moment to express how great the service I’ve received from Luke has been. Unfortunately there have been a few issues with my property, some ongoing and some new. Luke has been so efficient in ensuring that every problem is rectified. He always responds promptly and makes sure everything is sorted to a high standard. Just moved in with Grainger, and I have been allocated a very nice property manager Edyta. She was super welcoming and responsive to any issues. Having been renting for sometime, I have been in fully managed properties where the agency is just a really slow postman between tenant and landlord and rented direct from landlord, I definitely so far prefer the set up with Grainger plc. Hopefully it will be a long fruitful and painless relationship.
Have been with Grainger for a year now. I have to say, as landlords go (and a big one at that) they are pretty good and responsive. If you have an issue they will sort it. Sometimes the wheels in the machine can be a little slow but they are in good faith and do not penny pinch when it comes to fixing things. Our property was in Liverpool and Kathryn Merrie and Luke Pollard were in charge. Not sure if it's the same over all the areas in the country that Grainger manage but based on my experience I would definitely recommend them. Overall much better than your average private landlord in this area.
We’ve have been with grainger for 2 years now and are in the process of transferring to another flat in our block. Minus some set back everything has been amazing! Especially Luke Pollard, could not fault him in anyway. He has went above and beyond to help us through the move! He is honestly such an asset to your company! He is amazing!
I rented with Grainger for a year. They were brilliant landlords. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and at a time to suit you. Applying, moving in and moving out were handled extremely well. Very clear and efficient. Luke Pollard was brilliant - always an email away if you ever needed a question answering or to put in a maintenance request. Thank you Luke!
Disgusting service, I have been chasing them for a YEAR to fix the shower and a leaking, but they keep giving me false promises and lies. Unprofessional, unethical and liars managers. Please guys avoid at all cost. I am taking my issues to the council maybe the can help.
Grainger PLC have lovely properties but unfortunately are terrible at follow through and actually fixing any utility issues. Our property is supposed to be connected to Hive, this doesn't work. We could not choose which internet provider we had, and have to pay £70 per month for BT Fibre because it's the only internet that works in this area (we also had to go 6 months without internet until they installed this). They are slow to respond to complaints about neighbors, and won't escalate any issues unless you bombard them with emails/phone calls/social media messages.
Good service at their rent-to-build flats.
