We got our order in four days, just before Ramadan started. They were fresh and delicious. Thanks for your prompt response to my confusion. This shows how much you value your customers.

Mar 05,2024In February 2024, in addition to coffee and tea cups, I also ordered perishable products such as circle dessert (halka tatlısı), croissant, (ay çöreği) and turnip juice. The products arrived within five days of ordering and everything was in good condition and fresh. I wish they would make the prices more affordable. I highly recommend this place. :)

Feb 22,2024I placed an order of turkish delight thinking that’s a good decision. However, it turned out that I was wrong. It’s an old product, and it doesn’t taste the same ones I used to get from Istanbul. I travelled to Istanbul several times. Every time I go, I buy Turkish delights. This one I ordered is very low quality and old. I really regret it. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Feb 16,2024About a year ago, I ordered a Grand Turkish Bazaar gift box for someone's birthday. The 'birthday boy's' (a young man actually) response was so positive, that when I needed another gift recently, I automatically thought of Grand Turkish Bazaar. Both times the gifts arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Both times the people said how much they were enjoying the treats...which means the items in the box were amazingly edible. This is pretty impressive considering that one gift went to the US and the other to the UK. Somehow, Grand Turkish Bazaar knows how to make sure that their products will arrive fresh and super tasty.
