Oct 08,2024Hi, My friend ordered white beans from this company at $24 per package (750g), and he ordered 3 packages. First, the order didn’t arrive within the promised time frame (3-5 business days). Second, when the box finally arrived, all three packages were opened, and the beans had spilled everywhere because they weren’t properly sealed or packed securely. It’s ridiculous to sell a package for $24 and not even pack it properly. Since we were dissatisfied with the packaging, we contacted the company via email. They initially offered to refund only one package if we removed our negative comment, but all three packages were damaged. We requested a full refund. Instead of addressing the issue, they blamed the local FedEx company and told us to contact them, even though the problem was clearly with their packaging, not the delivery.

Sep 20,2024Like many others, I had my doubts about ordering food products, beverages, fragile souvenirs, etc. via international shipping. However, I found those doubts to be unnecessary. My first order was a small one to test the service, as I live about 10,000 km away from the shop. The parcel arrived in just 2 days, and I regretted not ordering more! In my most recent order, while most products arrived in good condition, a few items were damaged due to a delay. I paid for the items that were in good condition, and the company refunded the exact amount for the damaged ones. I really appreciate their kindness and attention to customer service, and I will definitely keep ordering from them without hesitation. If you’re considering shopping here, don’t hesitate—their service is reliable, and they truly care about their customers.
