Nov 12,2024Grand Bazaar sent me the wrong baklava. GB asked me for documentation (pictures). I sent all documentation but Turkish B totally ignored my emails. To date You have not corrected your mistake and send me the correct baklava shipment. This is really not the way to treat a repeated customer. GB totally failed. Shame!!! Nobody cared to contact me!

Nov 14,2024This is very useless & un trust worthy company, customer service is very poor. I ordered coffee beans & I have the world’s recognised brand breville coffee machine though I can’t brew coffee. Company is saying not all machines can handle this type of coffee beans. They didn’t mention anything in product description so I asked for my refund but after 2 days they didn’t care to reply.
