It says on their website it’s free shipping on international when I got the items I received a bill from FedEx for duty and taxes. It doesn’t say on their website or they didn’t tell me and I cannot dispute because it has to be done on their side and they did not respond my emails or they did not give my money back. Also their products are so stale. They sent me the expired items. I was not happy. Everything was opened when it was going through the customs. When I received the box, it was in a bad shape. I told him about it. They don’t really care. I am attaching the duty and taxes invoice please please please do not buy from this place. I don’t want you to throw your money away for a trash.

Dec 04,2024I would give GTB 5 stars except every time I order Double Pistachio Turkish Delight it isn't very fresh, so sad...otherwise the turnaround time is awesome, the ease of ordering is awesome and the spices are awesome!!! The Pul Biber is the best I have found and the Turkish Spice Blend is delicious.
