May 18,2024Their replies in this review, my previous review & my partner’s review is a lie, they stated “ Nonetheless, you are still entitled to receiving the service you purchased now or in the future.” Yet we have emailed for them to start my partners PR & they have not responded since 1st April when we last emailed them. How can they not refund us but then also not provide the service? Make a decision. How can they say they have not had a response since 30th March when we have our email saved sent to them on 1st April. Please do not work with this company if you value your money, time or mental wellbeing. repeatedly lie in their responses on trustpilot & should be reprimanded for that as well. They have also tried to make us sign a NDA to not post any negative reviews about them online & have made false accusations of bullying when it can be proven in all our saved correspondence that this not the case. They were also contacted by Better business bureau in relation to our documented concerns & did not respond to them. Now they have made slanderous accusations. Their ‘replies’ below are fraudulent responses. I don’t understand their reasoning for lying as everything is documented so every single thing we have said on here can be proven. The whole matter could have been dealt with so long ago when we initially asked for a refund or asked them to provide the service for the PR.

May 05,2024An absolute waste of money. They are very quick to send you statements and call you when they need you to pay for something, but after they have their money you can’t get through to them. I have emailed multiple times and never got any response. When I finally did they referred me to someone new whose email address now no longer exists. They fill you with hope and paint this picture perfect image and when they have what they want from you, you will never hear from them again. As a young adult I invested so much hard earned money into this company for a future that they convinced me was within reach, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Apr 10,2024Mon dossier a été bien suivi. L'organisme m'a soutenu dans toutes les démarches administratives, les personnes de contacts sont très compétentes et à l'écoute. Je suis totalement ravie de la prise en charge car on peut se perdre dans les démarches.

Apr 04,2024Applied for my canadian permanent residency with these people, they were usless. They use scare tactics to get $1000's from you. Once they have the money, they go AWOL. Granted, they submitted an application, but it was bogus and submitted at a time they knew canadian boarders were not open yet (which I discovered after talking to a proper immigration lawyer, who advised that I wasted my time and money). The submitted application sat there and expired, since then I have not been able to contact them. All of these issues are before I even get to the lack of communication, assistance, empathy etc. I've since done an application myself, with zero issues and have had my PR approved. Don't listen to them if they tell you it's dangerous to do this, because they will say that.

Apr 01,2024J’ai été très bien conseillé. On a bien pu m’expliquer ce qui serait le mieux pour mes envies. Les personnes que j’ai eu sur mon dossier (Éric Melin, Brigitte Guyot et Valérie Morel) ont étés parfait, ils étaient à l’écoutent et de très bon conseil.

Mar 14,2024Totally incompetent. Their lack of communication and transparency has been appalling from start to finish. If you're going for a working holiday visa do yourself a favour and do it yourself rather than spending a small fortune on these frauds. They have still not replied to my emails despite writing a fake response below acting as though they would respond. They have a complete lack of accountability for one's mental health and are a dangerous company.

Nov 30,2023I am very very sad to write this review but great north visa have let me down greatly! I paid them a large amount of money to help me process a visa application which turns out I am now not eligible for. Great north visa team were always amazing with replying to my emails and assisting me through the process until I told them I would like a refund on my unspent money due to being mislead about my eligibility for the visa I had applied for. They are now dodging all my emails. I have sent them about 10 in total and with no reply. How they can just take peoples money and not have a care in the world really baffles me. Maybe I have just been unlucky, but for the amount of emails I have sent without reply screams to me that they can’t be bothered helping out a customer who had to put so much trust in them.
