Feb 23,2023Recently applied for the evaluation process and then changed my mind. Very difficult to receive a refund which I am still waiting for. Should be equally as easy to get your money back as it is for them to take it. Starting to think this is a scam.

Feb 21,2023L’équipe de Great North Visa et Brigitte Guyot m’ont été d’une grande aide pour l’obtention de mon Visa vacances-travail au Canada et m’ont bien informé de l’avancée de mon dossier durant ces 6 mois d’attentes. Certes, le prix de leurs services est élevé, mais cela reste tout de même un bon investissement. De plus, l’équipe GNV reste disponible en cas de questions même après l’obtention du Visa.

Despite numerous emails that I have sent inquiring about the status of my refund, it has not been issued to me, and there has been a lack of communication from your end which has been frustrating. As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive a refund for services that were not rendered as expected. I have followed all the required procedures and provided all necessary information in order to receive my refund. However, it has been several weeks since I first requested a refund and I have yet to receive any response from your company. I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but the lack of communication and delay in processing my refund has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I have attempted to contact your company through various channels, but my efforts have been met with silence. I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to address this issue and provide me with an update on the status of my refund. I believe that it is unacceptable to treat customers in this manner and I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation as soon as possible. I would like to remind you that timely communication and prompt action are crucial for maintaining a good relationship with customers. I look forward to hearing back from you with a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Jan 19,2023My husband and I moved from NYC to Montreal and hired GNV to assist with acquiring residency through family sponsorship, since I am a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada. Long story short they were quick with taking our money (close to 10K USD) but never submitted an application to immigration even though we paid 3K to fast track the submission. Unfortunately we could not get our money refunded from these crooks. They manufactured lies without compunction when I tried to seek restitution. Seems the Sr. Account manager assigned to our case was never an RCIC. Somehow that was our 'misunderstanding'. Naturally they stated there was an RCIC who was waiting to be assigned to our case?! They are polished con artists who get away with this scam. Since they did absolutely nothing but rob us and churn out lies under the guise of diplomacy, we managed to get the ball rolling and just got approved for our Undertaking in Quebec, giving the green light for our residency application to be processed. Do not hire this company. Either do the paperwork yourself or hire an independent RCIC. You will be spared the trauma of theft and the crisis of starting the immigration process from scratch! Follow up to GNV’s canned virtue-signaling response; I wasted time trying to ‘resolve’ this issue with you, even engaging a BBB customer rep. and my credit card company, to no avail. As other real reviewers attest you use immigration services as a front to extort money from people desperately trying to relocate and better their lives. Any invitation by GNV to resolve a dispute is simply smoke and mirrors. Once you give them your money they will hook you into paying more while absolutely nothing is done to facilitate residency. Having spent the past months fulfilling the requirements to attain sponsorship and Undertaking in Quebec, it’s clear to me that GNV did absolutely nothing to achieve this end, other than to rob me.

Your Rep called me and tells me that he had given me all the information in July 22 and was not ready to give any further information telling me that I can call them when I am serious . It’s good that I never went with Great North Visa ! This shows their class.

At first I was hesitant to go ahead with them, but after doing an client evaluation I knew they were the best. Karen was assigned to handle all my profile. She was really dedicated and helpful. If it wasn't for her and all the help from Great North Visa I would be struggling a lot to deal with the complex immigration process. I am so happy and very grateful to them. It was a great investment.

Nov 30,2022Be aware. They are scammers. To canadian visa costs 400 dollars and they are asking 1500 dollars. Plus, you are actually dealing with a domain ".co.uk" and not ".com". Edit - i want to have my money back you scammers!!!

Ils optimisent considérablement les chances d’obtenir votre visa. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance les yeux fermés. J’ai commencé les démarches début septembre et j’ai obtenu mon visa fin novembre ! Ce fut très rapide ! L’équipe est agréable et à l’écoute. Je recommande👍🏼👍🏼 Seul petit point négatif, problème technique lorsque je veux les appeler. Obligé d’attendre que l’appel entrant vienne de leur part.

The application process was super easy, the price is competitive and they go above and beyond to ensure your application is successful. When you're talking about a visa, these small things really count!
