Aug 20,2023I'm not sure how to feel. We've started our application in September 2022 and since have paid over R200 000 for whatever they keep saying it's for. Every second week they request different documents that has been sent previously. In two weeks, it's September 2023 and we're STILL stuck in our country with nothing concrete from Great North.

Jul 28,2023Beware! Scam. Unfortunately you will be asked to make payments - several times!!! and you will get nothing back. They will also make false 'promises' - in terms of timing, visa results, etc. Terrible experience with this company. Stay away.

Jul 14,2023Do not trust your money and details to these people. I applied for a visa with these guys in January, received little contact, requests to cancel my application went unanswered or I was passed from person to person. ‘We’ll contact you in 24/48hrs’…. Never happened. They are scammers in Bulgaria. The address they have listed in Vancouver, is fake. I contacted other tenancies in the building they had listed themselves in and they do not have a tenancy there. All phone calls line up with working hours that are based in Europe. Reputable RCIC’s in the area have not heard of them. They have been reported to the relevant authorities. Do not fall for the scam.

Jul 11,2023Absolutely terrible service. This company must either be a scam or they are the most useless company to ever exist. Unfortunately I did not do proper research before starting a case with this company, which I now deeply regret. They make you wait for extensive periods of time just to give you feedback which makes no sense/ answers nothing, it just keeps you occupied to waste more time. Do yourself a massive favor and start an immigration case through another company, any company really, anything worse won't be out there either way. TL;DR GNV are " con artists " or absolutely terrible at their job, not sure which would be worse.

May 29,2023I've been planning to immigrate to Canada for a few years now and finally decided to start my application after covid travel restrictions began to loosen up. I found Great North Visa on the Canadian government's immigration website and contacted them to inquire about their services. They have been so supportive and approachable every step of the way. As someone with social anxiety I truly appreciated the team's friendliness which made it easier to communicate with them. They provided me with a clear outline of the process of applying for a visa and the assistance they will provide before I agreed to work with them, and included detailed documentation of everything under the case number 56298. Then the team guided me through the process and provided additional information or clarification whenever I asked. Multiple people went over my paperwork to ensure there were no mistakes. Any mistakes they found were easily and quickly corrected. They did their utmost to ensure my application was completely ready with all the supporting documents needed before it was submitted, which paid off as it was quickly approved.
