In particular it has been a pleasure to meet Joanne who has been there all the time answering us about all the doubts we had and guiding us through all our procedures. From the very first day she has been very friendly and supportive and always very professional. We are 100 % satisfied about her service.

Oct 05,2022Do not use this company. Firstly how can trust pilot verify this company based on their domain name alone? Go to an actual Immigration lawyer and avoid intermediary scammers like this company. I agree with all the other bad reviews of this company. Bad communication, awful at answering questions directly. They run an hourly rate of 400 USD which is ridiculous. Since dealing with this company I have spoken to an actual immigration lawyer who confirmed the action this company took was fraudulent. They should have never made an application in the first place. Any proper lawyer can tell you what your CRS score will be before making any application. This company will try and take thousands of dollars or pounds from you only to turn around and say your score is not high enough. Do not expect any refund from them. Their address is fraudulent and this has been confirmed by RCMP. Go directly to an immigration lawyer and avoid this company. UPDATE since Great North Visa replied. 1. I have provided you with my details and you have made no effort to contact me directly, so your generic copy and paste response of "We would be happy to look into your case and work together to resolve any issues" is empty and useless. 2. You say my case was finalized with your customer relations department which is not true. You refused to answer my questions and stopped replying to my emails and phone calls. You said I had agreed to clauses in your Terms and conditions which no one could clarify or answer. I was handed around to several different people in your customer relations department because no one could answer my simple questions about where I had agreed to these clauses. 3. At no point did I ever speak to or was contacted by an "Authorized Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant". Anyone reading this review, you can go directly to Authorized Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and not have to deal with an intermediate company like this one. Like I said above in my original review a proper consultant will tell you your CRS score for far less than this companies extortionate hourly rate. 4. You say that "your account manager did inform you of your low CRS score". Your are correct, however he only told me this months after making an application. You should have never made the application in the first place. You do not need to make an application to know what my CRS score is. You clearly made the application so you could charge me by your extortionate hourly rate. 5. Another generic copy and paste response of "we look forward to making any necessary improvements based on your feedback" I highly doubt this. I also highly doubt Great North Visa will ever contact me directly to "work together to resolve any issues". Again avoid this company and go directly to an Immigration Consultant.

Sep 14,2022At the end of October I'm going to Canada for a longer period. After I made this decision I was really exited and to be honest I felt nerves as well. To gain a Working Holiday Visum is not piece of cake but with the help of Joanne Teves the proces became a lot easier. Joanne is very kind and she made me feel less stressful during this process. Sep 14,2022Applied for Permanent Residency in April 2021 with Great North Visa and I sent them over US$10,000. I have presented them with all the documents that they requested, the last being biometrics on June 13th, 2022. I have not heard from them. I have emailed them and telephoned them numerous times, the response being that someone will contact me within 48 hours. I got desperate and visited the address on their website and letter head to find that no one has heard of them. Is this a scam.....

Aug 25,2022I paid great north visa 990 USD on 11/08/2022. i emailed them a day later saying that i changed my mind about going to Canada and if it was possible for a refund. A man that works for them emailed me saying that they were only willing to pay me back 200 USD of the 990 USD that i paid them. If this isn't theft then i don't know what is. I have emailed this man on more than one occasion about getting a greater refund but he refuses to do it. Absolute joke. GNV evaluated my C.V and told me which visa i'm eligible for. This is not worth 990 USD. This company stole big big money from me. I have never been defrauded like this in my whole life

Aug 08,2022I had a really great experience using Great North Visa, my work schedule is very busy and moves me around a lot so having someone do all of the work and update me along the way was very helpful. Ken was fantastic and really friendly.

Aug 06,2022To put it into a short story and the best way I can explain it I got rejected for a Canada working holiday so in my panic I was told to act quickly and contacted great north visa so they were able to help me but to my luck after an hour of paying £1000 I then got accepted. So of course straight away I told them but after a frustrating week they said I only get 50% back even though they did nothing for me and to use for a future visa which I will never use but this didn't matter to them and I was rather forced into. But what is really annoying me is that 6 weeks on when they are supposed to of paid me back £500 they havent and are not responding to me especially in ways I asked them to for example via email. They then for some reason rang my partner explaining I gave permission (which I didnt) to give her my money I mean what if we had broke up in that time of course someone would accept this money. She definitely isn't like that and of course still together but my point is they made up a lie and yet still haven't given her the money after the 48 hours they said theyd put it in so I'm left feeling scammed out of £1000 for no service and being ignored. Real professional!! Never use them is my advise As this is now the only way I can contact them after waiting over a week for a call or even a email can you please call me back after 5pm uk time on the number you have for me as you say you know my account is being processed

Ken was in charge of our application and we couldn’t have asked for a more attentive, patient and professional person helping us and our questions were always answered very quickly ! ( considering the time difference between our two countries) We thank all of the team Great North Visa ansd we can finally say for sure Canada watch out! Here we come :D

Jul 01,2022I have already written about how I’ve been defrauded almost $6000 by great North Visa. I ended the program when I realize it was a scam. They offered to pay a refund of $1000 and that I needed to wait 45 working days before the money would be paid to be. The 45 working days just passed last Wednesday,22June 2022 and as I write this review, that have not paid this refund. I have written to one Hannah Foster who is supposed to be at the Human Resource department of Great North Visa and she has written saying the finance department are working on it. I feel like a fool since I’ve tried calling them just to pay the little $1000 out of the $6000 I paid to them. I have reported the issue to the Swedish Police and they are looking into it.I would want this refund paid ASAP because I am really loosing my mind as I cannot fathom how people could be this cruel in defrauding others. Be very careful because these are professional fraudsters.

Jun 17,2022I could not recommend great north visa enough!! Despite doing the process throughout Covid-19 times and feeling very uncertain, the wonderful Ken was always at the end of the phone to to reassure me there was a light at the end of the Tunnel. The process for me was long ( because of Covid-19) but you have to trust the process. Great North Visa do all the work which suited me perfect as I am a workaholic and would of struggled fo allocate the time if I were to do the process alone, Ken would send me on documents I needed to complete which saved me a lot of stress. I am headed to Vancouver in July, I would not be only for Ken in Great North Visa! When I started my research the very first thing I did was read reviews on different visa company’s, naturally as a human being you are going to be weary of scams, the reviews on great north visa stood out to me. Ken was always so positive and upbeat and always at the end of the phone as at times I was very anxious about the status of my visa application due to Covid -19. Thanks Ken and thanks great Northa visa my days left in Ireland are numbered 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 Joy Tully 24 Wexford Ireland

May 30,2022We are extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication from GNV. My partner and I have spent US$17,680 since November 2020 and got absolutely nowhere. They offered us a refund of only US$1050 and ''free service'' for another program - but based on our experience - this offer was rejected. We are highly disappointed with their unprofessional behaviour, lack of empathy and support, but mostly the fact that they have defrauded us from our hard-earned savings. They have wasted 18 months of our valuable time and kept us hoping for a positive outcome, while milking us for as much money they could.

Oct 21,2022I got a call after I register my interest on migration, agent was asking for my eligibility information after ask for my bank card 6 digit.. later I checked with my friend on banking sector I provided that .For the registration purposes he ask me to pay USD 1450 while on the call itself, I decided that bcz he wants my card details to finish this application or he send a link for this purpose. I ask him I need some proof before i do the payment like a evaluation that me and my family is eligible for the migration program or which visa is suitable for as to enter Canada.
