Nov 15,2023I’ve bought 2 of these in the past from GV, fast service at a really great price, I would order again no problem. Just be sure that ordering an item on a Friday for next day delivery means that you will receive it on Monday and that UPS delivery updates can be misleading at the best of times.

Oct 28,2023GV matched the other major retailers on price for this PRS model and their listing showed photos of the actual item for sale, not stock manufacturer photos like some of the others. This was important as the appearance of the figured sunburst finish and rosewood fretboard could vary considerably between individual instruments. GV had the most attractive example and they provided a very quick delivery. The guitar plays and sounds as good as it looks, very well set up straight out of the box. GV enclosed a signed card to show they had performed a test and setup prior to despatch in addition to the manufacturer's. I can highly recommend.

Oct 17,2023I purchased a guitar amp online from GV. Unfortunately it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for - amp was great but a little loud for home use. After contacting GV I got a call from Richard who talked through different ways of using/setting the amp and gave me more time to try it out. After ultimately deciding it wasn't for me the way the return and refund was handled was first rate. I would have no hesitation in buying online from GV in the future.
