Very good website that reassures their customers about buying guitars online from them. I had considered buying one on Amazon but really glad I came to Guitar Village as I felt far more confident about their service. I spoke to one of their staff (Mark) initially who was very knowledgeable and I then placed my order online. The guitar arrived the next day as promised. Excellent. Thank you.

Item arrived within the time specified. The guitar was well packed and upon opening what is a really nice case I checked the guitar and found no problems. After plugging in to my amp the guitar sounds superb and the set up is spot on. The guitar is very well made the fretwork being especially nice. Guitar arrived when expected and was really well packed. The guitar itself is superb and really well set up. It`s the the most affordable guitar I own and it easily holds it`s own in the playability stakes with much more so called premium guitars. It`s beautiful and I haven`t stopped playing it since it arrived.

This is the second guitar I've purchased on line. It is a daunting experience especially when buying an unknown brand from a Supplier one has not dealt with in the past. Notwithstanding that, following my research on the PRS website & various offerings from UK based Suppliers having decided that the PRS Custom 24 35th Anniversary was the one to get it then came down to which Supplier to choose. On the basis of "the right colour in stock, the best range of finance options & the Company's service writeup" Guitar Village was awarded with my order. True to everything Guitar Village said about themselves on their website UPS delivered my package in a timely fashion & in perfect condition following which I patiently waited overnight to bring the guitar & its packaging up to house temperature before unpacking. A few hours have now passed & my fret fingers are in need of a rest. Great Guitar, very happy customer. No wonder Santana loves PRS instruments. My thanks to Guitar Village for their perfect service.
