Emails answered and information provided in a very timely and polite manner. Delivery arrived the very next day just brilliant service and a stunning guitar to boot. Don’t waste your time looking any where else.

Sep 28,2021Ordered Martin 0-15m Westside custom on a Sunday and requested low action setup. Despite this it arrived earlier than originally scheduled and set up perfectly. What a lovely guitar, can't really express how nice it plays and sounds...really chuffed, great price too thanks to the boss going mad! Thanks to all at Guitar Village, outstanding service.

Sep 13,2021Great customer service! I'm relatively new to guitar playing, and wanted to try out a thicker string gauge. They said they would setup the guitar I wanted to buy from them with the strings that I wanted, free of charge. I recieved a call from their guitar tech Sam, who explained that they didn't have the strings I asked for but did have slightly lesser string gauge available. He advised that the strings I originally wanted were probably too thick for what I wanted anyway, and was overall very pleasant to talk to. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future!

Sep 12,2021I've bought a few things from Guitar Village over the year, including a couple of guitars, but this is the first guitar not collected from the store, and in fact shipped internationally from Abu Dhabi. - Purchase process was as easy as any around including arranging of shipping - Shipping was very fast - just over 72 hours from payment to delivery - Packaging was perfect so the guitar ended up with me in one piece. I'd happily recommend GV to anyone, and will certainly use them again

Sep 12,2021I bought my first electric guitar from guitar village. A beautiful fender strat second hand for a good price and I bought an amp to go with it. Delivery was next day and I’ve been happy as anything to have finally moved on from an acoustic to an electric 😁. Only thing is the low E string buzzes so I’ll likely have to restring but apart from that all is good! Thankyou guys.

Oct 02,2021I ordered a guitar on line, so I didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The guitar arrived the next day all checked out and a quality check card inside the guitar case was a great touch and I’m my opinion a great service. As a beginner guitarist it made me feel reassured that an expert has checked over my new items and it was fully ready for it to be played and it was damage free. The guitar itself is fantastic. I went for Martin LX in black and not only is he the best looking guitar, but the sound for a small body is fantastic. Would recommend Guitar Village and I will be returning as I advance.
