Aug 31,2021Purchased a Fender J Mascis Telecaster in Blue Flake Finish. Staff were quick to call and advise that there was a slight mark on the rear of the guitar in case I did not want to proceed with the purchase. I went ahead and they added in a couple of sets of strings. The guitar arrived safely although it was delayed through the postal service which was no fault of the supplier. Overall I'm happy with the service and honesty of the staff. Well done!

Aug 05,2021I have called in to the store previously and at the time didn't purchase anything but I was incredibly impressed by the vast selection of guitars available. I was after something to take on holiday - a travel guitar - and I had hoped to be able to go in store but unfortunately time wasn't on my side so I took a punt on what is clearly a very reputable dealer to purchase online. Couldn't have been happier - I got tracking details and the guitar arrived next working day well packed, well set up and still in tune - everything had been checked over before it left the store. All I can say is that for my next purchase (don't tell anyone!) I'll be heading down to Guitar Village in Farnham first

Their guitar tech called me early the next morning to ask how I wanted it set up and I arranged to collect later that day. At the shop the chap who brought my guitar was super helpful and friendly. We had a good old chat. Very happy with my purchase. All good.
