Oct 20,2018Love it. Member for 3.5 years. Great customer service. Great selection. If I had one complaint, they use a disappointingly narrow range of models. None of their models represent the larger sizes so you're looking at how the clothes will fit on women who are tall and size 12-16. You have to scroll down to the reviews (by staff members) to see a variety of representation. Although size 10 isn't plus size so that's a little annoying to see as well.

Oct 20,2018I like most of the clothes, but the monthly fee is very high for the privilege of buying clothes that other people may have already worn. And frequently the items I want to "closet" are not available because of demand. I will be moving on to a different service.

Oct 20,2018I have been using Gwynnie Bee for almost 6 years and I love it! I love always having something new to wear and I love getting to skip the laundry! I also really love option to buy without the expectation that I always will buy. My other favorite part is how many choices there are. I regularly have over 200 items in my closet because there are always new things added!

Oct 20,2018I think it used to be better. The available items seem ok but I rarely get what I expect - usually new items in my closet while older items just sit in the closet. Also, they started sending me one item at a time and staggering them. So turnaround is not as fast.

Oct 20,2018I love the Gwynnie bee service. It allows me to try new styles of clothes without commitment. This unique service is convenient and priced right. Other services require that you purchase the clothing by a certain time or return it. This service allows me to wear the clothes as long as I want and return whenever I want.

Oct 20,2018Customer service could be much better! I waited forever for a delivery for at least 10 days & the rep was argumentative & offered no solution. Certainly didn’t get my monies worth that month & I’ve been a long time customer. Terrible customer service!

Oct 20,2018Gwynnie Bee's made me a fashionista - period. I'm a short fat women who is usually the best dressed person in the room. Most of the dresses fit me to a tee and are often wonderful fabrics and beautifully unique colors palets and prints. I pair with a nice necklace set from Charming Charlie and ALWAYS look good. I recieve compliments literally daily. The service is easy, the turnaround quick. I recieve new beautiful clothes at my door as often as I like and get to buy the pieces I want to keep, which I've done a lot! There is even a style adviser function that's helped me pinpoint the style of dress that looks best on my body type. What's not to love? #GBFL
