Improved customer service interaction has completely changed my mind about this company. I currently have no hesitations about recommending GB to anyone. The only hiccup is when ordering through outlet sometimes items purchased are no longer available and I’m not notified. I wish they keep better track of their inventory so that unavailable items can’t be purchase.

Gwynnie Bee is a wonderful service with wonderful customer service, in my experience. Whenever I had an issue, customer service reps helped me out quickly and in a way that made sense to me as well. I've been a GB customer for four years now, and have long thought it was worth the ease and convenience of not having to hunt in-store for fashionable plus-sized pieces. Over the last 2 years, I've found it even more helpful as I've lost 60 pounds and have been able to easily transition to smaller sizes without having to buy an entire new wardrobe at every size. I can easily get a dress for an event or a night out without spending a ton of money and definitely save a ton of time. I know there are already some non-plus size services like this, but I hope Gwynnie Bee considers expanding their offerings to smaller sizes as well (or a sister company!) because I'm really bummed that I'm nearing the smallest sizes they offer and I'd love to keep this service!
Mostly good, few minor adjustments Wish there was more variety and more casual dresses especially. I've received some damaged articles and there's not an obvious way to report that I've found on the mobile app. But mostly all good things
I love love love Gwynnie bee! I work in the business sectors and need dress clothes. I love the options of wearing different outfits with no commitment. I save so much money and closet space using Gwynnie bee.

The boxes are super slow to be sent to me even with me alerting that I am sending clothes back. I have been waiting 3 days for a new outfit since making a return on Tuesday and it likely won’t get to me until next week Wednesday. I’ve been a long time customer but the past few months service has slowed.
I really like Gwynnie Bee, but the only gripe I have is not being able to control what items I am being sent beyond “mark as priority”. Sometimes I need a garment for a particular event that maybe coming up, and I may need a piece that’s in my closet.

I have been using the Gwynnie Bee service for more than three years. I love the variety and the quality of the garments I receive on a regular basis. Of course I have had a few pieces that were more of a "miss" than a "hit" but overall I love the garments I receive. GB shop is such a great place to pick up my favorite pieces from the past at an exceptional price. I do not like the way you have to use GB rewards, there is such a spread from reward to reward when I get 6000 points I would like to use the entire $15 at one time instead of having to spread the increments out. Whenever I have had a problem Customer Service has been helpful "Joy" is my all time favorite representative she is always concerned and makes me smile at the end of our conversations when we talk I feel I am her "only priority"
I simply love having items delivered to me. I love having items at home to decide how they truly look on me because at home, I walk around the house to see how they feel, how well they fit standing up and sitting down. In the dressing room at a store, you can't do that. The 5 negatives are high monthly cost, the clothes do not always smell fresh/clean, I love to buy from the outlet but if it doesn't fit you are out of luck, the outlet clothes are definitely worn/faded and buying an item unless outlet is expensive.
I have been a Gwynnie Bee customer for about a year, and for the first 9 months everything was fabulous. I loved most of the clothes I received and often added another piece to my monthly plan. However, recently the service has definitely changed. In the past 3 months, I have only worn 3 pieces, the rest were sent back immediately because they were either the wrong size or they were too worn for me to wear to work. I am seriously considering canceling my membership but hate to because this has been such a convenient and quality service until recently. I hope Gwynnie Bee can make things better for busy women like me!
Lately, it seems like the site has more boring work clothes than anything else. I would love it if you had more boho styles and loose pants (not business pants or jeans), and maybe even something for the petite fat girls!
I have been using Gwynnie Bee's clothing rental service since 2013 and I love trying new clothing and buying the items I want to keep. There is a wide variety of styles available. One particular dress I rented cost over $200 to buy at retail cost. I would not have chose to buy that dress for retail cost but I was able to wear the dress a couple of times as a rental and returned it when I wanted to try something different.

There are so many good things about Gwynnie Bee...I just have two comments as to why I gave 4 stars and not 5. 1) While you say you carry through plus size 30, there actually aren't very many options above size 24. There are brands who are carrying those extended sizes, I would like to see Gwynnie Bee collaborate with them and carry more size 24+ items. 2) I don't like when I'm told I need to put more items in my virtual closet before I can have something sent to me. It shouldn't be *my* problem when GB doesn't have enough inventory in stock. If there was more overall variety and sizing in stock, I would have more items in my closet, but instead I end up closeting things I don't even really want just so I can get SOMETHING, and that's not a good use of my monthly fee. Other than that, I'm really Very Pleased with the service. I feel like shipping times have improved recently so I'm getting more items per month, which is great. I do miss when you used to do occasional upgrades like to 2 items out at a time for a month.

Oct 20,2018I love the quality of the clothing from Gwynnie Bee and the plans. The only thing I would like to see change is the price. I feel like I wouldn't normally spend this much on clothes every month of the year, so I have tried signing up for cheaper options with other companies, however, I haven't found the quality and selection as good as Gwynnie Bee yet, so I still haven't given up my Gwynnie Bee.
