Item discontinued and failed to notify me until I enquired asking why it hadn't been delivered. Very poor communication on when I'm receiving a refund or what's going on.

Sep 13,2024We have young kids and can’t get to the gym easily due to my husbands work hours etc. so I wanted to get a quality all in one trainer for our shed gym. We received our force USA G12 yesterday and set it up last night (took just over 5 hours for myself and my husband to build) and I used it this morning for the first time. It’s very good quality! Works smoothly. Can’t fault it. I love it. Looking forward to using it everyday. I think our family is going to make very good use out of it for years to come! Plenty of weight on it with the 2x100kg weight stacks and 1:1 cable ratio. Lots of training possibilities! Love that it has the leg press! I am going to use that a lot!

I realised I wanted more weight so I asked if I could apply a discount that was present during the vest purchase and they extended it for me. So legit, quality, responsive and flexible would terms I'd use to describe the gear and my experience with them for that purchase.
