Jul 31,2024I met the Gozde team in Dublin back in November 2023 [ Dr Tolga Ozkalfa ] . The team talked me through the surgery procedure [ I had dental treatment done ] . At first, I was a bit apprehensive about travelling abroad for such a procedure but after some consideration I took a chance. My first dental surgery was in December and returned again last week [ July 2024 ] for the final part. I am absolutely delighted with my results. I cannot recommend Gozde International highly enough as the experience has been fantastic. The staff are all very professional, friendly and helpful, the hospital is super hygienic and has a very modern feel to it. The team organize everything from airport pick up and accommodation stay and communicate every step of the way. The total cost has saved me a substantial amount if I had the work done in Ireland. I will absolutely recommend Gozde to anyone who is considering such dental work done and will remove any anxieties they may have. That's a 5/5 from me. : ) Damien R

Jul 31,2024Communication is amazing. I am even a first time flyer but Devrim has been helping through every single step. Answering all of my questions (even the obvious ones) , has shared their love of animals with me (I have been sending photos of my horses, sheep, dog etc). Devrim has quite literally held my hand throughout everything. From booking my flights to sorting out what cool socks I should wear. Can not ask for anymore more helpful, a genuine caring person.

Jul 31,2024Just come back from having a Gastric Sleeve. The team at Gozde Hospital were amazing and the duty of care was outstanding. Our coordinator Piril Ece Ekin kepted us updated at all time and the aftercare is remarkable. The surgeon Dr Ergin Aslan I couldn't thank you enough for your tentiveness before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend.

Jul 31,2024Recently came back from having a gastric sleeve operation, I can not recommend this hospital and staff enough, we received outstanding service from the initial enquiry right through to discharge and continue to be supported …. Our coordinator Piril Ece Akin is the best always happy to help nothing is to much trouble also the surgeon that we had Dr Erginarslan is top class best about 😊 would highly recommend

Jul 30,2024Im only 6 days post op for rhinoplasty and its been amazing, i was so scared due to having rhinoplasty back in the Uk in 2016. I got a day op and just painkiller and a bandage on my face and sent home back in the uk. Here I was so scared cause of previous experience but its been fab they was waiting at the airport for me soon as i was off the plane. I stayed in hospital after my operation transferred to the hotel. The hotel is perfect to recover in you have your own little livingroom and kitchen bathroom ect. Not just a room with a bed. Breakfast every morning is included. All the staff are lovely! My sergeant was amazing dr serkangokpinar! He made my nose absolutely perfect!! I blacked out 2 times due to just anxiety and nothing was ever to much for them! The nurses at hospital and my sergeant wasn't happy the fact they had sent me back to my hospital room with a broken bed they was straight on the phone sorting it and i didnt even complain about it, soon as they came to see me they noticed it. My pain has been completely fine. They give you amazing after care supply you with creams nose rinses nasal retainers all within the price. Every time iv messaged Batuhan Yetki. Who I booked my operation through he replies. And asks me if im okay and if the pains okay. So glad i chosen this hospital.

Jul 30,2024It took a lot of research from me to pick this hospital. My medical consultant Nazlican made my decision easier, and she helped and advised me. She is always available to answer any of my questions. I haven't had my surgery yet, I will update this after it.

Jul 30,2024Just arrived home from Izmir had dental treatment done in gozde dent i stayed in a beautiful hotel which is part of the package when you book through them also they can speak perfect English so there is no communication barriers I would fully recommend i will be returning soon for the rest of my treatment which I'm so happy with

Jul 29,2024Please please please do not pay a deposit to Gozde especially don’t deal with consultant E…..scammers! Requested by Gozde to remove the name of the consultant …., why on the positive reviews are not doing the same ???? In fact the consultants are sending you the link asking you to write a review about them …… how would that be ethical?????

Jul 29,2024Amazing experience from the start, I'm currently almost 5 weeks post op and would 100% recommend Gozde and the premium hospital. My coordinator Yunus was brilliant, always there to answer questions and help out, and has checked up with me lots. Yunus even saved me when I managed to pack my fit to fly letter and thought I wasn't going to be allowed to fly back! All the staff at the hospital were brilliant, there is obviously a language barrier but I could've messaged Yunus at any point for help with translation had it been needed. Ozel Saglik hospital was fantastic, lovely spacious rooms and the staff were great! I spent months researching surgeons and couldn't have been happier with Dr Arslan, highly recommend! Obviously I'm still early into my journey but I've already lost over 2 stone and it's been completely life changing for me.

Jul 29,2024I’m going to be completely honest the hotel was good the first tests done at the first hospital was also good and on discharge the nutritionist was good. The hospital that the surgery was done was not upto standards there was no ac was very hot no fan was given until I asked over and over again. Bathroom light was not working properly no towels were given my emergency button to call the nurse was broken in pieces..when I questioned the coordinator about a few things when I was alone in my room she was rude showed me attitude and made me feel a type of way which was not nice. The paper work that was given to sign at the start I believe was not right as we had to confirm stuff that had not already happend for example (Has the surgeon explained everything) which we had to sign yes but he didn’t there was lots of questions that we had to sign for but the things talks were not delivered so a lot of anxiety worry stress had accrued. The surgeon only came in to say hi Nurses were lovely

Jul 29,2024From start to finish the whole experience was so easy. My coordinator Devrim was so helpful. Gave so much information. Gave me time to digest it all and was very patient while I decided my options. Any questions I had were all thoroughly answered. I arrived in turkey and found where I needed to be very quickly as the team had provided me with a video to show me where to go. Transfers were fantastic. All air conditioned. It was very hot over there. When we arrived at the hotel the apartments were beautiful. First night I slept like baby. Up early ready for the hospital the next day. The only bad point my shower was cold !! Transfered to the hospital where we're met by our other coordinator who helped us through all the tests with full explanation of what was going on and when etc. Then I was transfered from that hospital to the economy. Paid my fee. Led to my room.and things from there went so fast. My surgeon was Dr Ergin Arslan and what a lovely guy he is. With in an hour I was changed in total my gown. Taken to endoscopy and then a short time later in to theatre. After theatre I woken by the nurses sitting me up in bed getting me in to my pjs and up and walking straight away to relieve the gas pain etc. I was encouraged to walk as oftern as I could and boy that gas pain is something else. The nurses was amazing and kept on top of the pain meds. I only needed to ask for anti sickness once the remaining times they knew I needed it. I was discharged a day early back to the hotel and I was greatful to be personally. I could go for longer walks around the area. The apartments were very noisy but managed to rest when I needed to. I have not a single thing bad thing to say about the whole experience. I am 6 days post op now and looking forward to the new me pending.

Jul 29,2024Had a lovely experience here, I did go to the premium. My surgeon Dr Ismail Yaman. Hospital was lovely, modern and clean no faults. The staff and nurses was lovely and always on tap when needed them. From the start of me enquiring my co ordinator Mert has been fantastic. Always there to answer questions and support me. I was a nervous wreck and he did everything to make it that bit easier for me. Even now post op he’s still there when I have any questions or concerns. Cannot fault any of my experience. 10/10 no complaints.

From booking a meeting with Dr Ergin when he came over to London to booking my surgery was such an easy process and my coordinator helped me every step of the way even with my million questions. The hotel and the hospital was so clean. The staff in the hospital are extremely kind and supportive and I was made so comfortable. My surgery went amazing and my weight loss is unbelievable! Still to this day my coordinator will answer any questions that I have and put my mind at rest. 100% recommend Gozde International. Best decision I’ve ever made.

I am made up with the new shape of my nose, even though the swelling hasn't fully gone down yet. I chose Gozde Hospitals because, unlike other companies that provided quotes but were slow to respond to messages, Afaf, my medical consultants, prompt and dedicated support made a significant difference. Her quick responses and willingness to go above and beyond were crucial in my decision to proceed with this company. Her exceptional care made the entire process smooth and positive. I highly recommend both Dr. Serkan Gokpinar and the outstanding service provided by Afaf.
