Jul 24,2024After a discussion with my cousin who had the operation in April, I took the plunge and messaged MELIS SUNAR. not really knowing what to expect, Melis responded quickly and with plenty of information for me to look over. She was polite and supportive throughout the discussion. Iam waiting to book the date for surgery but feel very happy tom proceed with Melis.

Jul 23,2024Having returned from Turkey post gastric sleeve I have had time to reflect and assess the whole Journey. The hospital , the hotel , the staff , the consultants all could not thank them enough. So professional, caring and courteous despite language barriers. The care I received throughout was amazing. my Surgeon Dr Mehmet Deniz was high skilled and personal which made me feel at ease. I have had a fast recovery so far. Few shout outs to Afaf, Victor, Ceren who go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Information received is brilliant and support pre and post op is brilliant. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Jul 22,2024Where do I begin? From start to finish and ongoing, Gozde have been top tier. Fitnat, the Co-Ordinator was at the end of the phone 24/7 and replied to any messages in no time at all, answering all of my questions (no matter how silly!) Nilsu, the Travel Co-Ordinator was also faultless and had everything arranged to the minute! My Surgeon, Dr. Ergin Arslan was better than I ever expected! Reviews refer to him as the 'Doctor with the Golden Scalpel,' and they are not wrong! I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery and from the second I arrived in Izmir, to the second I left, I cannot make one criticism. The Nurses were amazing, compassionate and attentive. One of the Nurses, Evìn really stood out; however, she was not the rarity - they were all amazing! The Surgery went perfectly and two weeks post-op, I am feeling brilliant and lost 11.6lbs in the first week (I am yet to weigh for week two!) My only regret is that I did not do this sooner. Thanks to Gozde, I am genuinely excited about my future again. I would not hesitate to return to Gozde, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to any Friends or Family.

Jul 22,2024Excellent service and experience from start to finish. Medical staff and surgeon could not have been better. Very caring and attentive. Language was not a barrier as body language and Google translate were both helpful. The surgery was totally perfect. My daughter and I got it together. They put you up in a hotel and 3 days after surgery you leave hospital and go back to hotel. I experienced very bad diarrhoea at the hotel after surgery and my daughter was having a lot of pain (her first surgery ever so it was mainly normal pain after anaesthetic for her). They sent their driver to collect us from hotel who could not have been anymore courteous and kinder to take us back to the hospital where they checked us over and sorted us both out. They said if they needed to keep us longer they would until we were feeling better. Thankfully we were feeling great after they seen to us. I am nearly 5 months post op and have lost over 4 stone.

Jul 22,2024I had my surgery on the 6th June at the Gozde Baypark hospital in Istanbul. I can honestly say that the experience I had and the care that was given was 100%. I would recommend anyone to go ahead and take the plunge. The staff and team here were so kind and lovely. Slight language barrier but google translate helped with that. They were so thorough in all checks and I felt safe in the right hands. Anything I needed they gave me. My hotel was stunning and the hospital room was very clean and a lot more luxury than the uk. Had my own en suit and tv. Was able to come and go as I wished. I was sad to leave as they really do look after you. I would return in a heart beat!

Piril made sure I know she is always available to support, help and answer all my questions thoroughly. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with!!

Jul 22,2024From the minute I started the process it was so easy and such a painless process. Special mentions to Emre who booked everything for me and has checked on me via text every week since, Dr Ergin Arslan who was the surgeon who operated on me, he was outstanding and such a lovely man. And of course the premium Özel Sağlık hospital, it was clean and such a nice hospital, all the staff and especially the nurses who cared for me. Would recommend to anybody looking to have a surgery! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Jul 22,2024I just got back from being at Gozde having my gastric sleeve op, and I can not fault the experience. Dr Arlsan is an amazing surgeon and can’t thank him enough, my coordinators Saida and Nilsu were amazing and extremely helpful, the nurses were amazing. The pre op test are really thorough and felt safe in my decision the whole time. ☺️

Jul 21,2024Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag war alles so super organisiert. Das Krankenhaus Personal so wie Hotel Personal eine 10/10 Ich musste mir um nichts einen Kopf machen. Duygu war 24 sieben immer erreichbar für mich, bei jeder Frage, hatte sie eine Antwort und ich hab mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt dafür nochmal 1000 dank an Duygu ❤️❤️

Jul 20,2024I'm nearly 2 weeks post surgery my experience was really good everything was well run at the hospital and everyone seemed to to have grate experience is what they were doing I had a gastric band done in England 3 years ago and went to have it removed and and a gastric sleeve done and the difference in recovery was so different from how many days they keep you in hospital and keep you on medication to how much less damaging the surgery felt on my body afterwards and the recovery has been so much faster then I was expecting and I think a lot of that has to do with the care and treatment I received from everyone especially my doctor and the nurses

They did a complete medical work up before surgery; including blood tests, abdominal ultrasound, echocardiogram and chest X-ray. Translator was with you through that process to help I had surgery on Tuesday and flew home on the Friday. Feeling positive for the future

Jul 18,2024I had surgery on 05/07/2024 at ozel saglik(premium hospital) i received all pre op tests before being given the go ahead to have the surgery , surgery went very well everything was explained to me pre and post op - hospital was clean and comfortable and I felt well looked after again pre and post op. Would definitely recommend my surgeon memhet deniz. All questions I had prior to my flight were answered and fears eased by my coordinator mert

Jul 18,2024I recently underwent Gastric sleeve surgery with this service, and while my initial experience was positive, there were significant issues post-op that I feel need addressing. **Pre-Arrival Experience:** Booking the surgery was smooth and efficient. The staff always answered my calls promptly, which I appreciated, especially considering I had paid for the premium service. **Arrival and Hospital Experience:** Upon arrival, things began to feel rushed. The transport provided barely had enough space for all passengers, which was quite uncomfortable. However, upon reaching the hospital, Victor was particularly helpful, and Dr. Mehmet, along with his team, was very professional and kind.The only thing i would say is, the nurses occasionally are not sanitary as it seemed they were coming in a changing my iv or giving injections when they had just clocked in and not changed also constantly on phones. Also there are several additional charges for certain staples. **Post-Op Coordination:** Unfortunately, the experience took a downturn after the surgery. The day we were supposed to leave the hospital and return to the hotel, there was no clear instruction regarding pick-up or transfer. Communication was a major issue, as no one spoke English, making the process extremely stressful. The coordinator assigned to me, who was supposed to guide me through this process, was often unresponsive, taking hours to reply to my inquiries. This lack of timely communication left me feeling stranded and anxious, especially when I needed information about my transfer. **Post-Op Communication:** Now, post-op, I am still facing issues. My medical coordinator continues to be slow in responding to my questions. When he does reply, he often says he will get back to me, but this follow-up rarely happens promptly. This has made my recovery process far more stressful than it should be. **Conclusion:** While the initial booking and hospital experience were commendable, the post-op coordination and communication have been deeply disappointing. I hope this feedback can help improve the service for future patients. I will add names of the coordinators when in due time as right now i'm fresh off the surgery and still need assistance that they are already struggling to provide so if i leak their names i may get less (hence a fake email for this review 🙄)

Jul 16,2024Dental clinic very professional and modern,everything organised for you by coordinator, who was excellent, airport transfers and accommodation all sorted for you,and all communications is done by WhatsApp, which was good as you got messaged back instantly, not waiting for someone to return an email,everybody from hotel staff,dental staff ,coordinator, everyone so friendly and helpful, it was abit worrying going to turkey from Scotland, you don't really know what to expect,but I would highly recommend anyone ,if going to get alot of dental work done, to use this clinic, I got all on six implants, which I could never have afforded in UK,and did a fantastic job

Jul 25,2024I received an excellent service which started with transfers from the airport to hotel, hotel was gorgeous. The following moring received a 5 star service from being transferred to the hospital for all the tests which were very thorough to ensure surgery coud go ahead. The staff at the hospital wete very attentitive and once surgery was completed they were very helpful and madecsure i had constant pain relief and was comfortable. Dr ergan arslan was an amazing surgeon and i could not ask for anthjng more from gozde the service was 5 star from star to finish
