Jul 14,2024Had my gastric sleeve operation in June with dr mehmet deniz at ozil saglik Izmir from start to finish it went so well the hospital staff are so attentive and caring dr mehmet deniz and all his staff the dietician the nurses the coordinator etc all helped me settle in the hospital and eased any worried or questions I had.unwound like to to take this opportunity to thank them all for their hard work and effort and I would recommend the hospital and dr mehmet deniz 100% once again thank you and keep up the good work Joanne Hussain 🇬🇧

Jul 13,2024From start to finish, my experience with Gözde International Hospitals was absolutely phenomenal. I first found Gözde, through WhatsApp, my coordinator was Büşra and she went out of her way to ensure my mind was put at ease. The overall friendly and welcoming feeling really sold it for me. She kept in touch right from the start, and even came to see me while I was in hospital to make sure I had everything I needed. Upon arriving in Izmir, the transfer was super easy to find, and the mini bus was beautiful. Truly felt like a VIP experience, they wouldn’t even let you take your suitcases, proper gentlemen. We then arrived at the My Way Deluxe hotel, absolutely gorgeous. Clean and very modern! At 8:00am the next morning we got picked up by another mini bus and taken to Ozel Saglik hospital, and when I say, this hospital was the most beautiful, modern, clean hospital I have ever seen, I’m not joking. It was like a triple 5 star hotel. All the staff at the hospital were absolutely outstanding, they couldn’t do enough for me. I truly felt like royalty!! All of this put my mind at ease, not one tear was shed the whole experience, all but smiles and laughter! Surgery went amazing, all the pre op tests are so thorough!! They definitely make sure that you are suitable for surgery and will not just do it for the money, that I really admired! My surgeon was Dr. Ismail Yaman, he really is an angel in my eyes. My overall experience with Gözde International Hospitals was phenomenal, I would recommend anyone to go with this company. Thank you Gözde, Dr Yaman, and all the staff at Ozel Saglik hospital for one of the greatest weeks and for helping me change my life!

Jul 13,2024I had my surgery done by doctor MEHMET KEMİKSİZ and everything has gone perfectly, the hotel transfers to the hospital and the hospital itself was fab , all the nurses and doctors were lovely and spoke to me about the whole process and answered all my questions , the aftercare was also lovely , would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a gastric sleeve

Jul 12,2024Travelled from Ireland and everything was organised (other than the flights which we did ourselves)! I dealt with Bursa making my booking and she was so lovely to work with. I had a band removal and gastric sleeve, and I’ve been doing so well, healing going beautifully without any complications. Felt very looked after, the staff were able to communicate in English which was a big relief as it is nerve wracking going abroad for surgery. Everyone was lovely, so many different tests done beforehand, it was very thorough. I went with the economy hospital which was perfectly fine! I did stay one night in the premium hospital as my flight was late and it did look fancy but honestly the economy one was perfect! We were in a group which stayed together for our surgeries and were all in the same ward after which I thought was lovely. I’m still in contact with them. Thank you to all the team!

Jul 11,2024Ich kann diese Klinik nur empfehlen. Ich hatte meine OP am 21.05.24. direkt vor dem Flug sagte die Waage 127kg, nach der Zeit im Krankenhaus bei der Entlassung 122kg und heute am 11.06.24 106kg. Es sind also in 7 Wochen über 20kg weg. Ich fühle mich soooo viel besser. Ich habe mehr Ausdauer und bin nicht mehr schlapp. Ein positiver Nebeneffekt ist, dass mein Wocheneinkauf um die 30€ liegt und im Restaurant eine Vorspeise mit einem kleinen Wasser ausreicht. Da amortisiert sich der Eingriff schon nur dadurch. Meine Koordinatorin Gökçen war immer für mich da, hat mich begleitet und mir sogar den Check in für den Rückflug gemacht. Ich kann jedem und jeder diese Klinik nur empfehlen.

Jul 10,2024This is the 2nd time I have used Godze for my plastics after major weight loss and cannot recommend high enough. The hospital is like a 5* hotel with drs and nurses and they use all the modern technology possible. Pre op tests are very thorough before you even enter the theatre. My surgeon was Dr.Bilsev Ince and he is so so talented. He gave me all options in our pre op meeting and I couldn’t be happier with the results he gave me. Alp was my consultant and my point of contact for absolutely everything!! From discussing options and costs at the beginning, he visited me whilst I was there recovering from my surgery and continues to check in with me in a regular basis. He is so friendly, helpful and his customer services is absolutely amazing as he is so patient focused

Jul 10,2024Piril was lovely, messaged back with a timely manner and answered my questions. I booked economy package with a no name doctor option. I didn't have the chance to speak to the surgeon before the surgery, I only saw him for a few seconds before the anaesthetics kicked in. The hospital care was acceptable. I work in the NHS but don't expect NHS level of care in Turkey. Some nurses were good and some I had to watch very closely what they're doing in terms of hygiene or medication administration. They definitely need to get better cannulating dehydrated obese people! Lack of privacy when discussing personal results and plan (done in a group). Had a few other issues that I don't want to list here. Had some mild wound infection and pus collection as a surgery complication that was treated in the UK. However, no regrets so far and I'm glad I went with Gozde International Hospitals in Izmir.

Jul 08,2024My coordinator was fitnat. From the minute I booked my surgery up until now 10 wks tomorrow post op. I have had regular contact with fitnat. She's so caring & helpful. Amazing lady indeed. Also 1st class service from arriving at the airport to going back home. Nurses. Surgeons have all been amazing. I only wish I had done it sooner. Thankyou all. & fitnat your amazing xx

Jul 07,2024I'm 3 weeks po. I want to give people a trueful heads up. Go with extra money as they will charge you £250extra for a staple that apparently decreases your chance of hemorage. Also most people have a hernia which will cost you another £500. Surgeon and team superb but it's the after care that's horrendous. And I paid for the vip package. As soon as I woke in recovery I was in pain and felt sick. I kept telling the nurse who kept shouting it was NORMAL. REPEATING this again and again ...by this time I was crying my eyes out. She never listened to me until I was actually sick and she wasn't in the room...she eventually got me a bowl after me screaming out. She was so nasty to me. Then the night staff were EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Pain relief at 10pm, and nothing until 6 or 8 next morning. No hygiene never washing hands inbetween patients never wore gloves when administerring any sort of iv. All had long nails that were painted. Cross contamination was awful. They often disappear of the ward for ages to have cigarette's in pairs, leaving no nurses on the ward. Again no washing of hands after. One nurse in particular everytime she gave me fluids she managed to spurt blood everywhere....all over clothing,bedding floors. Only reason she got the sheets changed was because I asked her.she just walked of continuing on her phone. I felt like a complete inconvenience. There are lots of other things that also went on that are very personal. It was just endless.The language barrier is awful especially when your in pain and they can't even understand that. I know I wasn't the only one as this happend to a few ladies on my floor. Wasn't until I got home I realised how bad it all was. I sent 2 emails following up my complaint to have no response. Dc mehmet deniz was a fantastic surgeon but unfortunately the aftercare and hygiene is a massive let down.

Jul 06,2024I had an amazing experience from start to finish. When I first contacted them I was put in contact with Devrim as my personal coordinator who was absolutely brilliant and was on hand whenever I had any questions and he replied with all the answers to anything I asked so quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything went smoothly, arranged video calls with the surgeon and even visited me when I was in hospital! I couldn’t of asked for a better person to be there for me throughout the whole experience! The hotel and hospital were immaculate and the transfers between them were good (sometimes we were waiting around for a bit). Dr Ahmet Ascioglu was lovely, friendly and very professional and he made me feel calm and safe. He is a brilliant surgeon who’s a perfectionist and done a fantastic job. On the whole it was such a pleasant and straightforward experience.

Jul 16,2024I was really apprehensive to have surgery abroad but have researched a lot. My coordinator Burcin was very informative and answered any question I may have. Finally D day and I flew over to Izmir. The transfer service where seemless and on surgery day I was supprised of the extensive tests I had undergone to ensure I can have the operation. Dr Ergin Arslan, an amazing calm surgeon was amazing and I couldn’t really fault anything. Recovery process I was well looked after. Really happy that I went to Godze
