Mar 09,2020I posted an earlier, critical review, but now know that the culprit for my problems was DHL. Rachael at H2 Gear has tried very hard to resolve matters for me, hence this more positive review. DHL are utterly useless and continually let me down. I would urge H2 Gear to change their courier, or at least offer a choice. I would gladly pay to avoid the pain of having to suffer DHL.

Feb 25,2020Giant Quick e+ 2019 model Saw the bike I wanted online and phoned to place my order. Bike arrived a couple of days later well prepped and packaged with just the handlebars to turn and secure. They had fitted a luggage rack that I ordered at the same time too. A couple of minor issues were dealt with efficiently keeping me informed at all times. I would say the customer service of this company is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Feb 17,2020I dealt with Racheal in the st Paul’s shop in London, She was very helpful and kept me updated on my bike purchase. I was also given £100 vouchers to spend in store due to a small blemish on the frame they had found while preparing bike for me (hardly noticeable). Quick delivery in 3 days from online purchase, I will definitely be dealing will these guys again.
