Rachael pulled out all the stops and more providing professionalism and customer service that has been second to none....a great deal of other bike outlets could learn from her and her proficient team. If there was a sixth star I would give it...nice one H2 Gear!

Oct 05,2019Rucksack was supplied in the wrong colour, I checked the order and that was correct. If it was something more important I'd have sent it back for a refund, but not worth the bother. Actual rucksack is very good and I'm OK with the colour, it's just not what was ordered. Delivery was a day later than originally planned, but not unreasonable.

The slightly disappointing this was when I asked if the bike could be sent to a more local store to me and and then fitted to my liking. Her reply was no.
