Feb 16,2024Our first dishwasher came damaged so we had it replaced. The first appointment was poorly handled and it was next to impossible to get someone to talk over the problems. After intervention by Costco e-commerce the second appointment went smoothly. Handy needs to have a better system for customer communication. The installer was the same both times and was very pleasant and effcient.
