Feb 12,2024You sent 1 person to do a 2 person job. The instruction manual stated 2 person, she worked hard and had to come back the next day to finish up which was a night on the sofa for me. I have a back fracture and you were very good at scheduling me appointments the next day. I called the first night and asked for another person but was told you only send 1 person per job. Had you sent another the job would have been done in 1 evening.

Feb 11,2024Handy man who came to assemble my coffee table and bookcase he did not complete his task and promised to come back and complete work later but he did not answer my call. I had to hire another handyman but he explained that previously whole assemble was inaccurate!!! So your handyman just wasted my money for this booking.

Feb 09,2024The cleaning I had today was because I paid for a deep clean in December and it failed miserably I wanted a deep clean today of 2.5 bathrooms and a small kitchen. I thought 2 hours would be enough. It wasn’t. I only got 1 bathroom, a powder room and my tiny kitchen I feel that Handy being a professional cleaning service should have advised me that I would need more than 2 hours My rep did a wonderful job but I still have an ignored bathroom m. I trusted Handy’s input and I didn’t get the benefit of that.

Feb 08,2024The technician called and arrived earlier than scheduled which was good. He took out the old one checked everything and installed the new one. He ran it through a test cycle and checked for leaks then finished and left.
