Really impressed with the customer service from Bonnie, who seamlessly helped us fix a 5-year old leaky. We emailed a few photos of the tap and she managed to identify the old model and also the faulty part that needed replacing. She explained the issue very well and provided a link to purchase the new part. Package arrived in a few days and just like that the tap was fixed. I emailed back saying it was working and that there may be a screw missing at the back of the tap, which I had not noticed before. She has now sent the missing screw as a gesture of goodwill! Total pleasure in dealing with Bonnie!

Excellent 5yr Guarantee. We have a kitchen tap that after 4 years developed a small leak on the spray function. I spoke to the very helpful Bonnie on the customer service number who requested some reasonable information by email. As a result of the single email we had an order confirmation the next day and a few days later we have received a replacement part direct from Germany.

When I phoned Hansgrohe, Charlotte answered. She was extremely knowledgeable about their products, identifying exactly what was wrong with the shower and the part I needed. Charlotte then emailed a link for ordering the exact part I needed. I wish more companies had a Charlotte on the customer service team. 5*
I had a problem with the cartridge relating to the wash basin tap. Ged Hulm was very helpful and despatched the replacement cartridge but unfortunately the engineer found the tap faulty. The new tap was despatched without any arguments and was fixed. The service provided was simply excellent. Many thanks to all concerned
E-mailed customer services twice with a very polite enquiry indicating desire to buy their product but had no response. Not encouraging so now looking elsewhere. No way to know who to contact. Please advise

I was in contact with Hansgrohe regarding my 3 year old shower showing the hot/cold symptoms. The supplier had previously advised replacing the thermostat. This didn't fix the problem, and I suggested to Emma at Hansgrohe tha the problem was either the replacement thermostat was faulty or possibly a damaged hose. Emma supplied further replacements and advice. Damaged hose turned out to be the problem. Top-class customer service throughout.
I needed a replacement switch for my shower control. Bonnie was strait on the case and assisted with clear advise, identified the correct part and shipped this immediately. Very happy with the service received. Thank you.
