Hansgrohe always answer the phone professionally, politely, friendly and quickly. Their knowledge matches the quality of the Axor products they sell. The Starck basic set was a joy to install. They think of everything when they designed their products, down to the little rubber washers that fit between the fixing holes on the main body of the basic set that allow you to level the body and outlets vertically! Amazing Axor products that I’m sure would last a lifetime with maintenance and servicing. Emma at Hansgrohe even drew me a little plumbing diagram on a photo to show me a plumbing route, that’s proper customer service. Thank you Emma, thank you Hansgrohe for all your help over the years.
I had a problem with my bathroom tap, i contacted Hansgrohe who sent out a new cartridge the next day. it was simple to change and solved the problem. cannot fault the service. they were very helpful.
Wow impressive. I ordered bathroom fittings from UK bathrooms which included two Hansgrohe towel rails. One arrived perfect the second came without the necessary brackets and fixing. Trying to get a response from UK bathrooms was a waste of time - so I went straight to Hansgrohe. They immediately rectified the problem by sending me out a complete new towel rail with all the brackets etc at no charge. Really impressed with the customer service I received from Ged. Highly recommended

With regard to a Montreux shower mixer. The installation instructions clearly state that the measurement from the tile face to end of Hansgrohe's "S" union must be 36mm. As an engineer, I achieved this as the pipework was built into the wall and a mistake would be devastating. When I came to final fix the mixer, I found the stated measurement in the instructions to be wrong causing the mixer to not tighten adequately - 6mm more was needed. Customer services failed to admit that there was an error, made a futile suggestion of how to get over the problem, saying "over in Germany they said..." then ignored any further communication from me. £300 bought a nice mixer, but useless instructions and customer service.

Bought a Hansgrohe shower system which unfortunately had a small scratch on the mixer (probably damaged during delivery). Amazon weren't able to send a replacement for 6 weeks but after speaking with Bonnie at Hansgrohe customer service she had the replacement part sent out the same day. Excellent customer service and the shower is really good quality as well.
I had a problem with my Axor Hansgrohe shower hose pipe . I spoke to Emma Townsend in customer service's. I explained to her my issue and emailed her all the details requested I got an email from Emma confirming replacement and i received the hose pipe within a few days . That's what i call fantastic customer service . Thank you Emma .
After experiencing a much reduced flow and irregular temperatures from our shower I called Hans Grohe customer service. Their Bonnie Bright quickly identified what was causing the problem and arranged to send out a replacement Isiflex hose as there was still a month to go on the 5 year warranty. Even the customer service telephone was answered promptly which is often not the case with many companies these days. Altogether an excellent customer experience. Thank you Bonnie.

Excellent customer service, warranty part was replaced and received within 24hrs. Charlotte was very efficient and helpful though out the whole process.
After a couple of years with our shower, we had a slight defect with the hose causing it to lose pressure. I contacted customer services and Ged quickly responded and resolved the matter professionally. Really pleased with the support.
Emma T fielded my call on an aerator issue I was having. She offered a solution and got replacements dispatched very quickly. Always, polite and helpful. Excellent service.
Once again I’ve got to sing the praises of Ged. I phoned up with a problem about the seal around the controls for my shower off the top of his head he knew exactly what the problem was the part number and what needed to be done to rectify it and the replacement part was put in the post immediately. The shower control is now working perfectly thank you Ged
