Emailed Hansgrohe because of a damaged part from my shower unit. The system has been in place for afew years. But not only did they not turn me alway, they offered me a replacement part and were extremely helpful. I cannot fault Becky's great customer service. She emailed back prompty and sorted out the issue. Thankyou and i will be using you again.
Phoned Bonnie in customer service to get a spare part for a shower already installed at my house when I moved in (and therefore did not know the model number). Bonnie was really helpful and after sending her a couple of pictures of the shower, she identified the model and gave me the part number. Friendly and helpful service. Cannot fault. Shower no longer leaking.
Fantastic service from Adam in support. Had an issue with a small leak in an 11month old product, sent an email to customer service and asked for my details and copy of the invoice. Within a week of sending this I had the new replacement product arrive on my doorstep. Very pleased with the service.
Terrible experience from Becky at Hansgrohe. Just installed several Hansgrohe fittings, and we have a leak from the shower head. Reported to Becky, but the support received has been terrible and arrogant. We’ve sent video and photos of the issue. We were told the fitting was too expensive to send/replace. But what they can do is send is a non-return valve which has a risk of legionnaires disease. You can’t make this up!!! We are left with a leaking shower head. We’ve been told it’s normal for it to leak for hours on end. But the FAQ section on their website says for of a short period only. It leaks for 12 hours and more. Extraordinary. The 5 year warranty is useless. We would never buy or recommend Hansgrohe. We thought we were buying a premium product and service/warranty.

I was lucky enough to acquire from a friend an Axor Massaud Bath spout and planned to fit it into my new en-suite bathroom. I sourced the ibox and a concealed valve and the inner part of the spout. My plumber started to fit the bath spout but stopped to tell me there were a few smaller pieces that he needed that were missing. The items were shown on the fitting diagram but without a number so sourcing the parts was not going to be easy. I contacted Customer Services to ask if they could track down the missing parts and although i had not bought the spout from new, having purchased the other items necessary to fit the spout, the customer services team went above and beyond to send me the missing parts! What fabulous service. I can’t wait to see how amazing the spout is going to look. Thank you so much!
Chrome on a mixer tap handle started to bubble. Contacted customer service who told me this wasn’t covered under 5 year warranty as it was to do with the cleaning products I use. Though I have 2 other mixer taps that are about 15 years old that I clean with the same products and these handles don’t have any marks / bubbles whatsoever on them. Anyhow customer services said they would send me a replacement handle as a gesture of goodwill which I am waiting for. Thank you hansgrohe. Great service.
I had to source screws for a relatively old Hansgrohe shower bracket and was daunted by the prospect, thinking that I would inevitably fail. However! I spoke (yes, actually SPOKE) to a Customer Services rep at Hansgrohe Parts who was prompt, patient and professional and found the exact part number for me. Superb service! Well done. The outcome dear reader? Success; the part is en route as I write!

A small part of my many parted Hansgrohe tap I ordered had the wrong thread on it. A phone call at Monday lunchtime put the part on order from Germany with an estimated 5-8 day delivery time. I was pleasantly surprised and not a little astonished that the parcel, from Germany, turned up on Wednesday morning, less than 48 hours from contacting the BritishHansgrohe office. 5 star indeed!
First class customer service from start to finish particularly Emma. Replied to my emails within 24 hours after sending them. Parts sent out and received within 2 working days. Can’t speak highly enough of the company and the service I have received.

I have to thoroughly commend Becky in Customer Service for all of her help in identifying spares for our bath. Absolutely nothing has been too much trouble and Becky’s customer first attitude and person centric approach is second to none. An absolute star and is a true credit to herself and the company.
The Customer Services team at Hansgrohe amaze me. I’ve spoken to them on various topics over the last few years to get help an advice on their products, some of which are 15 years old, and no matter whom I speak to they are so knowledgable, helpful and caring. Every time I put the phone down it makes me want to buy more of their products!! Every other company seems to be using the Covid situation to give poor customer service, but not these guys. This week it was Emma who assisted, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She knew everything about the product I needed to know and more. Thank you Emma. A real credit to the brand.
What a star Giles is from Hansgrohe in Esher. Turned up on spec to try to find a part. They were shut but Giles saw me outside, went the extra mile to find the part and GAVE it to me as they are not open until 1 September due to COVID. My bathroom leak is now solved. What a lovely man.
