Excellent service and parts supplied for a roll top bath fitted in 2003. Also fitting instructions were brilliant.

Exemplary service when a dripping tap prompted an email to Hansgrohe CS. I had no idea what was needed, didn't know the type of tap and only identified it by the Hansgrohe name. I attached a photo and explained my problem - the reply was prompt and efficient - a link was provided to the part I needed, which was ordered, supplied and fitted (with no professional assistance!) swiftly and without problem. First class service from named customer service consultants who followed up my query a week later.

I have to say Hans grohe customer service and technical teams have been fantastic and so helpful during our time of need in the refurbishment of our 15 year old shower. They have managed to source us the parts we needed albeit some small and with me aid of photos and code numbers have sorted it . One person that deserves a special mention is Becky on customer service she has been an absolute superstar and so helpful we can’t thank her enough well done Becky you saved the day Thanks again to all who took part Regards Norman

The select button broke after three years of use. The seller gave 2yrs guarantee, but Hansgrohe themselves offer a 5yrs manufacturer's warranty. I wrote to claim for a replacement. My email was answered promptly and I received a free replacement three days later, posted direct from Germany. Why don't all companies behave so honourably? Fair and faultless from Hansgrohe. 10/10

Though my Shower Tablet 300 was 6 months past its 5 year warrant, Hansgohe's Customer Services team were very kind and sent me the part I needed for free. I was informed the part would take 8-9 days, as it was coming from Germany, but it arrived in 3 days, over a bank holiday in the lockdown! Finally, when I called Customer Services again (and it's really easy to speak ti an actual person), with a problem about fitting the part, they were very well-trained, and guided me perfectly. Five star for sure, and service like this is incredibly rare. Thank you very much.

I needed a part for my 15-year-old kitchen tap - and they helped me out quickly with expert (and friendly) advice. Would recommend the products and most certainly the UK team any day.

I had need to contact Hansgrohe to ascertain a particular part number. The email exchange I had with Becky was prompt, efficient and accurate. I now have all the information I needed, plus, she very kindly offered me some replacement (very old) screws for the ones damaged while dismantling the thermostat. The Hansgrohe customer service is on a par with the excellent products they make and sell. Thank you.

Great customer service received from Adam at Hansgrohe. Thank you for replacing the broken part to the shower which was sent next day delivery and free of charge!! A great example of excellent customer service.

Hansgrohe make what appear to be high quality products. One set of taps I purchased has corroded around the handle after one year, on speaking with their customer service team I was dealt with my someone who's main aim was to blame me for the issue. Apparently using a microfiber cloth and Method none toxic cleaning spray is not ok and this has corroded the chrome! They say I should have used lemon juice and a cotton cloth. They suggested I purchased spare parts which cost more than half the cost of the tap to repair the issue. They claimed this advice was in the box. I therefore decided to buy a complete set of new taps. To my surprise no cleaning advice was inside the box. Furthermore I referred back to information sent to me with my first order by the company I ordered from but written by Hansgrohe recommend a soft cloth and to use a cleaning product that does not include "hydrochloric acid, formic acid, chlorine bleach or acetic acid". I have checked and Method cleaning spray does not include these items. There was nothing saying cotton cloth or lemon juice. A friend of mine who is an engineer has looked at the components and think's there was an issue with the chrome finish. Disappointed that I was dismissed so easily. Awful customer service.
