Shower head gave up the ghost within the guarantee period. Two emails later I have a replacement, friendly, efficient and no problem service. Also great that the guarantee period is five years.

wrote to Hansgrohe regarding a replacement shower hose and sent a previous invoice. Received a prompt reply saying that they would replace it free of charge as it was still under guarantee It arrived within a couple of days and working well Very satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to everyone looking to replace their shower

We had some serious issues with our shower after major works by our local water company, so I contacted Hansgrohe for help – Emma from customer support and Hannah from technical support identified the problem very quickly, and were very helpful and supportive throughout. We’re very happy with the look and quality of our new shower head and hose, the problems we were having have gone and the new shower is working beautifully. We’re very happy customers and have peace of mind that the product and customer support are of top quality, which really gives us peace of mind. Overall an excellent customer experience.

I recently had a problem with an old Hansgrohe shower kit. I figured I would try to fix it on my own and was extremely pleased with the amount of information on their website and their phone and online customer service. Given that I am clueless about plumbing, I relied on them heavily and yet they were responsive in a very timely manner and offered top quality advice. Not only are their products top of the line, but so are the people working at Hansgrohe UK. Very very satisfied customer.

We recently had several issues with one of our newly installed Hansgrohe shower (Axor Shower Select ID), and over the course of several months, Ben Bushell provided exceptional support in helping us resolve them. From the outset, Ben was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. He took the time to diagnose the problems accurately, source the necessary parts from the relevant departments, and guide us through the installation process—all while ensuring everything was explained clearly, even to a complete novice like me. His consistency and dedication in seeing the issues through to resolution were truly commendable. Thanks to his support, our shower is now working perfectly, and we are immensely grateful for all his help. Hansgrohe is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and customer-focused team member. Had an issue with a shower product purchased several years ago but within the 5yr guarantee period. Contacted the after sales customer service team who were outstanding in expeditiously dealing with the issue.

I was experiencing issues with my Hansgrohe single lever deck bath mixer and therefore emailed Hansgrohe customer service. As promised, I received communication from Ben Bushell in the Technical Department within 48 hours. Ben dealt with my enquiry in a professional and courteous manner, and needless to say he has arranged to have the parts shipped out to me directly from Germany. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Ben!

I contacted Hansgrohe as i had a problem with the basin tap. The service i received from their Technician, Kyle Kingdon was absolutely impeccable. He was polite, professional, helpful and within a few hours had resolved everything.

Exceptional customer support from Hansgrohe! Hannah and the phone support team were incredibly professional, attentive, and communicative throughout my experience. I cannot thank Lewis Kyberd, Customer Techician at Hansgrohe for his prompt service. I really believe he went beyond the call of duty. His boss should be very proud of him. Although I have always praised Hansgrohe for quality and style I can now add another tick for service. As a goodwill jester Lewis replaced FOC two parts I was concerned with. He was really patient with an old fart and took time to explain everything and was prepared to listen to my thoughts on the problem. Thank you again Lewis, you are a credit to your company. If you lived close by I would share a tot of rum or port with you.
