Well what can we say… Brilliant customer service. We spoke to Emma initially and her customer service was outstanding, she guided us on our laptop to the page we needed. We then spoke to Adam.. he was polite,kind,caring and listened to our concerns. His customer service as Emma’s was outstanding. He helped us not only by sending diagrams and instructions on fitting but also with patience on the phone. When requested he called back too. Very efficient on what he does.Adam is a credit to The Hansgrohe customer service team. I have over 40 years of customer service experience and Adam treated us just the way I would treat any of my customers. Thank You Adam and the team. Bless You All.. Take care and Keep Safe.
It is very rare, sadly, to find customer service of the standard I have received from Emma today. The problem was caused by a minor installation fault but nevertheless it was resolved quickly by telephone and email instructions.
I would like to thank Adam for all the help and advice he offered me in getting the bath plug to work.
I have used Hansgrohe technical services a number of times . The response times to technical questions are fantastic , consistently . I have also used other companies in similar fields technical help email services . Hansgrohe is by far the best , I won’t name the worst but it maybe similar to Twyrords !
We had a problem with the hand sink tap in our bathroom, we received excellent service from all the Customer Service Team and our problem was solved. Very grateful Customer.
I ordered a Rainmaker Select Showerpipe 460 3jet with thermostatic shower mixer, told it would be within 5 days, my local supplier was told it was in stock, then when he chased them up he said it was on its way, chased up again a few days later it’s definitely coming, then he was told today July 15, 2021 they have no stock in the UK or Germany and it’ll be at least two months before it’s in stock. I have contractors in doing the work, and expect me to stop everything for two months, is it just a try and get a contract and they’re all busy, the attitude of the person on the phone was disgusting, clearly didn’t care, wasn’t interested, told a manager would call me back, no one called me back, they don’t tell the truth, I will never purchase any of their products ever again, their customer service is shockingly disgusting, I would avoid like the plague. The customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever come across. However the company I ordered it from is one of the best bathroom suppliers I’ve ever dealt with, I really feel sorry for them having to deal with such an awful company.
Had a problem with a tap - went very stiff - contacted Emma ar customer Service who responded very quickly - supplied a replacement cartridge FOC as tap under warranty and part arrived next day. Had a subsequent issue and again Emma was very helpful and soon had everything sorted. One of my best customer service experiences - excellent service

I was having an issue with my recently installed shower so I phoned customer service. Spoke to Bonnie who was beyond helpful, and was able to sort the problem myself straight away. Would not hesitate to use their products again in the future.
The 'Select' button on one of our hansgrohe handsets was broken, so I emailed hansgrohe to find out what I could do. I received an answer within hours that their products are covered by 5 years manufacturer warranty. After sending a photo, proof of purchase and my details, they dispatched a replacement handset which arrived within 24h. Installation was quick and easy. Communication was great and I am super happy with the service received! Thank you very much!
Ridiculously bad!! Waited 14 days for them to replace 2 x spring mechanisms for a shower controller unit. 1 was sent out after a few days and then it was suggested, due to low stock, I’d have to wait another 3 weeks. I challenged this and they managed to arrange it within a week instead. Then I was told the part was on a ‘pre 9am TNT’ delivery which doesn’t even exist. Booked the plumber then the part arrived at 1pm! I’ve asked 3 times to be contacted by the department supervisor which appears to have been ignored. Really poor and left us not being able to use our new shower for 14 days after installation. Really annoying and bad customer service
Very efficient prompt service when our shower head holder kept dropping the shower head. They immediately sent us lists and pictures of all the spare parts with a link to how we could place an order. They also sent us pictures and instructions as to how we could dismantle the whole attachment in order to replace the shower head holder. Thank you.
In a new house (~ 2 years old) and the basin tap started to be stiff and then started to drip. Contacted Hansgrohe by phone who advised their products have a 5 year warranty. Supplied photograph and NHBC certificate by email and replacement cartridge was delivered before 9:00 the next day. Fitted myself and now no longer require the Royal Mail elastic band to stop the drips!
I have nothing but praise for the way that Hansgrohe have handled my problem. Emma, in the office, has been really helpful and Leigh the engineer was exceptionally knowledgable and was able to sort out our problem for us. A big thank you to all concerned.
Adam at Hansgrohe Customer Services deserves more than 5 stars. Compared with what he normally has to deal with, mine was a minor matter related to seal for hand basin pop up plug. Part was received within 24 hours.

Really helpful technical help in identifying the shower mixer and also in the identifying the replacement cartridge. Including exploded diagrams for something fitted 17 years ago. With the part ordered online and paid for my customer is really happy. Great job Hangrohe
