Feb 23,2025We stayed at La Verte 23 at the Grand Montets in Chamonix. Apartment was well kept. Directions from Happy Holidays were clear. We never had to reach out to talk to the staff.

Feb 17,2025The double bed is actually a sofa so not so comfortable.. The kitchen is less than basic...No kettle even to make tea or coffee. Hot water lasts for 1 person only. You need to wait more than an hour for the next shower. And the hosts are not nice.. we were 3 man ask for another blanket for the 2 man sleeping at the soaf and they refused. Shame.

Feb 12,2025Short stay with the family to ski. We were 4 adults and two children. Nice appartment with two bathrooms and all you need. Only a few minutes by car to Argentière where the kids went to ski class.

Feb 10,2025Residence a Grangesises/Sestriere. Buna la posizione ed il parcheggio gratuito vicino. Bene ascensore e wifi. Problemi con il riscaldamento. Temperatura oltre 25 gradi, anche non a norma con le disposizioni in materia. Inutile provare ad intervenire sul termostato o con i rubinetti dei radiatori che oltre a non funzionare se toccati cominciano a perdere acqua. Unica soluzione consigliata anche da personale locale quella di chiudere i rubinetti di ingresso e uscita situati dietro la porta di ingresso, ma in uno dei due appartamenti prenotati mancava anche la chiave di apertura dello sportello. Questo problema è stato riscontrato anche da altri ospiti del residence. Il piatto doccia si riempiva d'acqua in un minuto con rischio allagamento e non defluiva prima di venti minuti. In un appartamento funzionava male il frigorifero ed un faretto guasto non è stato sostituito neanche dopo richiesta. Riterrei opportuno oltre alla pulizia dell'appartamento tra un ospite e l'altro anche un controllo dei servizi che ho elencato.

Eravamo in 6 persone e volevamo qualcosa di molto comodo e più wconomico che un paio di camere d'albergo, troviamo questo appartamento di circa 70 mq a Bardonecchia. Molto bello, tutto nuovo, appartamento su 2 piani con soppalco, interno similbaita, esterno enorme residence a forma di baita, piano terra con Open space zona giorno, divani letto, ingresso, stanza guardaroba, bagno, primo piano con camera x 4 persone, 2 letti matrimoniali. Al piano interrato c'è un enorme garage. Al piano terra bar - ristorante dove fare colazione, pranzo e cena. Ascensore presente e riscaldamento autonomo molto efficiente. Soddisfatti 100%.

Jan 07,2025The check-in is perfect: All the information necessary to get the keys of the apartment were provided weeks before the travel (location of the office, direction to the apartment, code of the box,...). Apartment was clean, kitchen fully equipped and aditional information about the region.

Jan 07,2025Appartamento molto carino , soggiorno vivibile con cucina e letto matrimoniale,bagno spazioso,camera con altri 3 posti letto, fornito di tutti i comfort cucina, wifi,frigo nuovo,mobili e cassettiere per riporre indumenti in abbondanza,piste raggiungibili anche a piedi in 10 minuti , non ha il parcheggio di proprietà,ma si parcheggia gratuitamente vicinissimo alla stabile sulla strada. Lo consiglio

Jan 06,2025Avevo prenotato tramite Booking un monolocale in un residence a Bardonecchia. C'è stato un problema tecnico (guasto alla caldaia) e solo qualche giorno prima della partenza mi arriva una mail dicendomi che la prenotazione deve essere annullata! Dopo qualche chiamata e con un pò di insistenza mi viene proposta un'altra sistemazione in un altro paese che non conoscevo (Sauze d'oulxe) con partenza il giorno successivo a quello che avevo preventivato, ho accettato con qualche riserva. Ad essere onesto sono stato contento di aver accettato, il paese era molto bello e il comprensorio sciistico grande (peccato ci fosse poca neve). Il monolocale si trova all'ingresso del paese in un complesso un pochino datato e non proprio ben tenuto, ma all'interno era bello, pulito e ben attrezzato e la vista dalla finestra con balcone bellissima. Il giorno in meno mi è stato prontamente rimborsato. Il personale mi ha dato tutte le indicazione per arrivarci e per il self check in modo chiaro e gentile via messaggio. Nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto

Dec 26,2024Happy Rentals ist eine Katastrophe!!! Die von uns gemietete Fewo war dreckig, stank erbärmlich nach Fäkalien und vieles war so kaputt, dass es lebensgefährlich war (große Schranktür, die einem entgegenkam, Stromschlag an der Klimaanlage und einiges andere). Die Lage war wirklich toll, aber das war auch schon alles ... Sie wehrten sich vehement gegen eine Rückzahlung oder Entschädigung ... letztlich bekamen wir doch glücklicherweise Geld zurück - einen Betrag, der all dem erlittenen Urlaubsschaden nicht gerecht wurde, aber immerhin ... Lieber Abstand nehmen vom Buchen - kann schnell zu Ärger führen!
