Aug 29,2024From start to finish everything went like clock work. The pergola was delivered as promised and was really well packaged. After waiting for some decent weather I erected the pergola and was well impressed by the quality of the product and ease of assembly so am very happy with my purchase.

Aug 26,2024Writing this on behalf of my mother. As a pensioner she was very pleased with herself researching this company for the purchase and install of a pergola. It arrived in June and was installed, but unfortunately incorrectly as the pergola roof did not close and the installer said it needed a different part. My mother called and spoke to Jordan who was very helpful and arranged for an engineer to visit after the part was delivered to my mother. This engineer said it was not the part that was faulty but the roof had been put on incorrectly. My mother again spoke to Jordan and a further engineer visit was arranged. I travelled up to be there for my mother and this engineer call out was cancelled via email at around 13:45 on the the day they were supposed to arrive. This is shocking customer service. Again spoke to Jordan and an engineer visit was arranged for the following week. Again another part was dispatched to fix the issue. After they asked my mother to photograph the pergola and send them to the company, bearing in mind my mother is in her 70s and technology isn’t her thing, my niece had to take and send the photos. An engineer arrived and the new part was reported as not being the issue. A further appointment was arranged. My sister was in attendance for this visit and again the pergola remained non functioning and the installation was the root cause of the issues. After three engineer visits and a cancelled visit my mother wanted the whole issue resolved by it being removed and a refund given. This was arranged and completed in August, but again a phone call was needed to chase down the refund. Prior to the collection of the pergola, the company offered a discount and a dedicated engineer visit. Apparently they were fitting in engineer visits ad hoc rather than giving my mother the service she should have had. Prior to the collection they emailed my mother a return slip/paperwork to give to the engineers removing the pergola, but my mother only has tablet devices! A further call to Jordan and he kindly printed and posted it to my mother. Why this was necessary for my mother to print out rather than be given directly I don’t know. Would have been a lower rating, but Jordan on the customer service side was helpful and understanding of my mother’s situation. Even if every time my mother had to call the company to chase down issues instead of the company checking with my mother. My mother will look to buy from alternative company next year, since this summer is now almost over. The full refund has now been received but all in all extremely disappointing and very stressful for my elderly mother.

Aug 25,2024We had a really good visit. Jade welcomed us with a cuppa and helped us think through what we wanted. There is plenty of room to view the different types of furniture and we were able to take our time, sitting in the different layouts, to make a good decision

Big shout out to Zach in Customer Service (so helpful) and to the lovely Pete (Paul O'Grady) who delivered and installed the pergola and furniture. We don't just like it .. we LOVE it!!

Aug 23,2024Easy on-line ordering. Great value and well packaged. Excellent quality wooden parasol, however, the canopy is described on the website as 'Beige' and shows a 'chalky' colour, very disappointingly the canopy is more a yellowy colour (not at all as shown on w.site). : (

Aug 22,2024After looking at several companies that supply outdoor furniture we chose Harbourlifestyle and are so glad we did. After travelling three and half hours to visit their showroom we were met by Jade who was excellent. She showed us around the showroom and explained the product range. We were so impressed we ordered our furniture. During the order process we have dealt with Siana, Anna and Lauren who also are excellent with excellent customer service skills. Our delivery was made by Gurpeet and Ankit who handled the delivery with great care and attention. The furniture itself is amazing and everyone compliments it. We would definitely recommend Harbourlifestyle to anyone wanting a quality product and quality service.

Aug 21,2024Great staff.. very helpful and friendly… great products made to the highest quality… great service from the minute I walked into the showroom , to when they came to deliver my 4 x 3 wall mounted pergola… easy to fit.. fantastic addition to the garden… with the led lighting and wall mounted heater.. we live in are pergola day and night.. truly the best indoor outdoor experience. Are neighbours love it.. so much so there buying one.. we totally recommend Harbour..

Our pergola was delivered 7 days later in well packed boxes. And 2 days later your guys came and assembled it in the afternoon. We were kept well informed when the delivery was coming and when it would be assembled. We are very happy with the whole experience with you. We now have some where to sit in the shade and relax. They were very impressive, workers very conscientious and thorough, explaining everything as they were assembling the unit. Unfortunately the company let them down by sending three wrong parts but they managed to overcome this

Both the guys were TOP ! they knew exactly what and how it was done and all in just over 2 hours! Well done you guys! Thank you to Harbour for a great product.
