Aug 14,2024Great products and excellent customer service. Have now replaced all my outdoor furniture with Harbour Lifestyle sets. The Luna collection is robust, brilliant design and so comfortable. Had very small problem with a missing dining chair cushion which Customer Service quickly resolved. Have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Aug 13,2024Got pergola delivered which was ok, start building it 2 of the louvers were bent and scratch on blind rail we also order heater but that was coming later ,phoned up about the problem they said take photos and we will sort it, week later they said delivery is coming it was the heater ,don't know why it did come with heater plus the heater was the wrong colour so had to phone again,,they apologise ,again delivery week later a box with a full 3m blind ,changed scratch rail in box phone up again said so sorry this should happen I wasn't happy I am paying people to help me had all these boxes everywhere when I finally got 2 new louvers right colour heater and they took the boxes and heater back with them ,it took 4 week to sort these problems out, but they did give us a compensation so we put it towards garden furniture off them .happy with the pergola and furniture but it could of been a lot easier and shouldn't of took that long to sort out

Aug 13,2024We have purchase 3x4m pergola- great product, easy to put together and looks amazing. On the offer we got free heater- great addition for chilly English evening. But the way the heater is attached- as per instruction and videos on youtube, if you will leave it for longer it will damage the guttering part and then this will not be under guarantee, shame as this was not mention anywhere

Aug 11,2024Harbour lifestyle is excellent ***** Online details and ordering really simple process product details dimensions, pictures very well presented and made you feel confident to purchase expensive items order information was very clear and the delivery team was excellent moved everything into garden and stacked neatly.. Pergola package 3m×3m anthracite with led lights 3 x drop down screens and bonus free heater is an amazing deal was packed protected well and very easy to assemble especially after watching the videos of your assembly team very helpful..highly recommend buying from here..

Aug 09,2024I am still waiting on a collection of a furniture set cover that was sent to me when the furniture was never in stock. I have been refunded for the furniture and was told I would not be refunded for the cover until it was back in the warehouse. No one has organise collection of this which I have requested three times now. It’s not like these are inexpensive items! Very poor customer service.

Aug 08,2024I purchased a rotisserie for my Kamado First one arrived all rusty and damaged. Second on the paint came off after 1st use clearly not heat proof paint. Dealing with the company was slow and long winded.

Aug 06,2024Oh my goodness. I am more than impressed by the service from Harbour Lifestyle. I had a slight problem with the winding mechanism for the slats on my pergola. Luckily I had opted to have it erected by their team. I reported the problem and very quickly it was dealt with. Two lovely lads Callum and Kasper arrived and soon solved the problem. Thank you to the HL team for excellent service.

Aug 06,2024Marcin and Monika were fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable about the pergola and knew all the little twerks about building and assembling these to make it function correctly. It they turn up to build your pergola you are in a good hands. Jake from the customer care team was extremely helpful and attentive and dealt with the issues I had.

Aug 06,2024The pergola arrived ok - but then this morning when we started to unpack and assemble it, the nightmare began. It took 2 people - one a professional handy man with his own extensive tool kit , approximately 6 hours to assemble - the person helping was injured by a heavy metal structure falling on their head. Both are very angry and frustrated. The pergola now assembled looks very similar to one we bought for half the price from the Wayfair website a few weeks ago - hopefully it is totally weather proof or otherwise we have made an expensive mistake.

Aug 05,2024Our pergola arrived in 10 days and it was assembled so perfectly by two amazing people. We honestly love it, the lights and heater are amazing and the blinds are so useful for the light and to close it at the end of the evening. We spend so much time in it and everybody comments how gorgeous it is! So happy I ordered this one with Harbour as we looked at loads… My daughter broke our lighting remote within two weeks and the customer service team sent me another free of charge, so helpful to deal with. 5* all round

Aug 03,2024One of the beams was damaged and it took more than two weeks from original delivery to replace. For that period my garden was a mess as I could not assemble the pergola and could not use the garden as it was partially assembled. Basically me and family ended up being heavily inconvenienced and whole project delayed as a result of damaged critical part. The customer services was courteous though but no consolation for the frustration and delay. The whole process of replacing damaged parts does not work and customer should be compensated in some way but is not.

Aug 02,2024I spent several thousand pounds on garden furniture & to be fair the product is good, however we had two issues with my order that were not my fault.... If you are thinking about buying my recommendation is to think twice before buying. I sent e-mails to Jordan in customer services at Harbourlifestyle and left voicemails with little response. Only when I threatened to return the product were they interested... I will not rush back.

Aug 02,2024Callum and Kacper built my pergola. They were absoluely great! Very knowledgeable and effective in there work. In the 30 degrees heat they installed my pergola to perfection. Couldnt have asked for a better team! Will be reccomending harbour lifestyle.

Aug 02,2024We had a few problems with our delivery and Harbour were brilliant at correcting this and putting it right for us. Marcin and Monika had had a stressful day and we were their last job. They worked hard and did not let this affect the job they did. Our Pergola looks excellent as does the furniture and we are really pleased. Thanks all 👍
