Jul 16,2024It was an uncomfortable experience, there was no atmosphere, being the only people there, you felt as though you were constantly being watched and listened to. They had some nice furniture, but did not feel comfortable to stay to look properly. We were also stared at as we drove away from the premises, which again was odd. 16/07/2024 Aftercare Experience: I would like to thank you for your call following my initial review. Jul 13,2024The showroom was great, the sales person was engaging, positive and helpful. She took her time and showed us everything we wanted to see. The order and payment options were great and again she took her time to explain. Delivery was on time and quick but the delivery drivers were a little unhelpful. One of the managers has since been in touch to understand our concerns and assured us improvements would be made.

Jul 12,2024Prompt delivery of an excellent product. It was large enough to hold all of the cushions from our corner furniture & 2 stool cushions with room to spare. The material is waterproof & providing the zip is not exposed to the elements, the inside of the bag should remain dry. I had turned the bag on its side and thought the zip was covered but water found its way to the base of the bag. If the bag had a waterproof zipper then it would get 5 stars

Jul 12,2024Today we had marcin & monika install a 6 sided gazebo. We have had alot of these installed on our projects and marcin & monika was by far the best installers we have experienced soo far, we will be making sure we use these two for all our future jobs as they was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. We have future jobs booked with harbour lifestyle and will be making sure it’s those two.

Jul 12,2024Needed a replacement blind as the one supplied had a manufacturing fault.No quibble about replacing but replacement out of stock.Due to delay waiting for now unavailable superceded blind design,upgraded to new style blind model for all my blinds by Tez.Old blinds removed and new ones fitted by the lovely Monica and Marcin who went beyond the call of duty.Now that's great service.
