Aug 01,2024Wall Mounted Pergola . 3m x4m with led lighting and blinds. Customers services very helpful and was spot on and well informed on when to expect our delivery. Good communication and prompt timings from delivery service also. The pergola is fantastic and great value for money. Some assembly instructions was a little bit confusing but we managed. It did take 3 people best part of the day though.🤷♀️ We absolutely love it and would highly recommend the product and company.

Jul 31,2024Billy and Finn from Harbour Lifestyle have just installed a pergola we placed an order for just 7 days ago. The product is exactly as described on the website and appears to be very good quality. It was delivered within the 7 to 10 day time line given at the time of purchase and we have been kept up to date with the time of delivery. Billy and Finn were on time, took great care when on our property, were considerate and polite and fitted the pergola perfectly. Based on our experience we would recommend this company without reservation. Thank you Billy and Finn. Excellent job!

Jul 31,2024Visited the showroom (worth visiting) and purchased a PergoSTET 3x4m Pergola with blinds. Delivery was swift and professional. I installed the Pergola single handed but needed help from my wife to install the three blinds. The instructions are OK but watching the online installation videos before delivery was time well spent. Both Pergola and blinds are excellent quality and worth the investment. Our garden is sheltered and south facing, we can now spend more time outside enjoying it. Great product.

Jul 27,2024I booked for my pergola but found that it was out of stock until the end of May. Mid May having not heard anything phoned and spoke to your staff who arranged for delivery after our holiday. Morning of 26th June awoken by the fitters with the pergola. No warning of their arrival until an email the day following. Fitters very pleasant and put the pergola up giving me plenty of advice. Very happy with pergola

Jul 22,2024We purchased the PergoSTET 3m x 3m Square Pergola with 3 Drop Sides and LED Lighting in Grey & PergoSTET Wifi & Bluetooth Heater in Grey. Absolutely the best decision we’ve made when upgrading our garden. The quality is fantastic, the erecting instructions were straightforward and easy (according to my husband haha) the drop sides are great really does help keep the breeze out with the weather not being the best at the moment. My garden looks fantastic, we love the Pergola worth every penny. The service we received from the Harbour Lifestyle team was fantastic from start to finish can’t fault any part of the service tbh.

Jul 21,2024First of all the product is just what we were looking for, good build quality and suitable for our needs, so I would give 5 stars. However the company to respond to customer needs this is where the 1 star comes from, on receipt of our patio units I soon found out that the table top was incorrect, we contacted Harbour and spoke to a very helpful customer service lady who arranged for the correct table top to be delivered, which arrived within a few weeks only to find out yet again it was the wrong one. Contacted Harbour yet again who stated they had the correct replacement in stock but couldn’t give us a delivery date, by this time we were having a large gathering, so I spoke yet again to customer service advisor who I would now give 5 stars too who arranged for a courier to deliver it that day. I then received a phone call from a manager within the company who then stated that the table top was on its way at great expense to the company, because I insisted that it was delivered within 24 hours, not even an apology or small gift for our time spent chasing our order and waiting in for deliveries to come.

It came up tops and so glad with we did! Great customer service from ordering to delivery! Aftercare has been great too! Thank you! Our garden looks amazing!
