Apr 04,2024Excellent customer service - I dealt with Siana who could not be more helpful - she answered our many many questions and fell over backwards to make the delivery date work for us The furniture appears to be fabulous - I guess time will tell if it lives up to its promises but I have no reason to doubt that it will If there is a negative it is nothing to do with the product or service but the courier company weren’t as ‘on the ball’ as the product and service!! They dropped the boxes by my car after lack of concentration meant he dragged a big heavy box along the back side of my car - fortunately the mark rubbed off - I think the courier service could be upgraded maybe?? After we placed the order we noticed that Costco were selling the loungers considerably less - I mentioned this in a message to Sania and she immediately offered to price match Overall I strongly recommend and have everything crossed that the product remains in good condition

Apr 03,2024Such great customer service. I emailed them on bank Holiday because I forgot to add my 10% code on a purchase I'd made that day. I thought it would be a long shot or that I'd have to go through the faff of cancelling my order and putting through another one this time using the code, but within 24 hours Jake from their customer service team had sorted out a refund for the difference. So good. Even more excited about actually getting the pergola now!

Apr 02,2024As I have said previously, the poor customer service was your end as well as PayPal! But as PayPal confirmed you were the only ones who could cancel the order, as the money was sent to you as soon as the order was placed! That can be confirmed by PayPal. I did contact you the same afternoon the order was placed and as your customer service representative confirmed then that the order was going to be cancelled, but that could only be done by a supervisor and they were out doing deliveries, and then your supervisor waited 3 days to respond to me by which time it was too late! (And she didn’t phone me as I requested) I was just sent an email to state the order had been sent to me and that it could be cancelled!! If it was cancelled the day I made the order I could have been, hence poor service!!!! Very frustrating and unprofessional!! Not too mention bad service! On top that the item temperature gauge isn’t working properly! So poor service followed by a defective product! I have emailed your company directly and confirmed all this and yet again the message hasn’t had a response!!

Mar 28,2024I have just ordered 2 items from the Team at Harbourlifestyle. From my request the response was within hours & Jake, the General Manager, also responded with an email. The when placing the order Anna was fantastic & again prompt responses to every enquiry I made. The customer service to enable myself to place the order has been fantastic. I am looking forward to receiving & writing another review once the items have arrived & from previous reviews I feel I have made the right decision to pay for the assembly service on offer.

Apr 04,2024This Eros cantilever parasol is great. My only negatives are 1. The instructions are not tailored to this particular model, but do give clues which help. The packet of screws etc doesn’t match the instructions, so initially we thought the required bits were missing. 2. It is quite huge when closed up so ideally needs a big space out of the way. We call it the monument. 3. I wish I’d had enough funds to buy the granite stand on wheels so that I could’ve pushed it out of the way when folded. There is no chance of moving it once the plastic stand is filled with sand and water in the 4 sections. Each section weighs about 22kgs and one would need 2 people to remove the parasol first. 4. A pole is supplied which we PRESUME is to help reach the top of zip & cover without a ladder, however it has no top plastic/silicone plug or hook on it, at the top or bottom of the pole and I’m worried the bare metal cut will damage the cover eventually. 5. I spent over 30mins on their chat bot staring at a screen waiting for a reply to my query and in the end gave up and phoned. They have asked for pics of the pole! Jury is out on this one.
