I’ve bought a pergola and garden furniture through this company, I recently lost the metal cover for the fire pit table, I called them up and they were happy to replace it for me. Great customer service and great quality products

Bought my pergola through this company. Dealt with an amazing ladie today called Tatiana omg she was amazing and brilliant at her service. Definitely will be back buying more stuff for my home. 5 stars 🌟 🤩 The pergola is also an amazing purchase great deals and discounts at the moment. Happy days!

First rate customer services, delivery and product quality! Have no hesitation in buying from Habourlifstyle! Delivery is when you are ready for it, they are happy to delay your delivery (up to three months), it was very helpful for me. Proactive customer services, if they miss your call, they ring you back! The product is extremely well packed, the pergola is of very good quality, not cheap Chinese rubbish! Can't say anything negative about Harbourlifestyle, buy today!

Due to issues moving money between accounts and a busy work schedule I wasn't able to compete the purchase as quickly and easily as I would have liked. However, Georgina in the office was extremely helpful and patient, allowing me to complete the purchase in a timeframe to suit me. I've yet to erect my Pergola, I'll be doing it in the spring but I can tell you that their customer focus is excellent.

The product once assembled is lovely although we had a few troubles assembling due to miss alignment of screw holes. It is great quality and the cushions are lovely. Delivery was not great due to delivery company giving me one day notice that i had to change..they were also quite rude to me.

The corner set looks great on our balcony and is very comfortable. Easy to assemble too. We were missing some screws but the company were very helpful and sent them straight away. We would highly recommend

We got the Santiago Rectangular Rattan Corner Dining Set with Rising Firepit Table in grey. The delivery was very quick. Product is very good. We unfortunately damage one of the cushions during some fireworks but managed to get a replacement through Harbour. Excellent customer service. Georgina was brilliant on the phone and helped us through our concerns. Thanks again. I would definitely recommend Harbour.

We purchased a parasol cover only to find it was faulty when it arrived. The company were so helpful in getting a replacement organised and sent to us and they were most pleasant and efficient. We would be more than happy to deal with Harbour Lifestyle again.

I purchased a pergola in April and was impressed by information regarding delivery. When the order arrived I was extremely happy to see how the items were boxed and how simple this made the installation of the item. Unfortunately last week the lights had stopped working. I got in touch with customer service and within minutes had received communication trying to resolve the matter, however this was unsuccessful. From images submitted the fault was diagnosed and a new part was sent out to me, arriving the next day. This partly resolved the issue and a quick call ensured that the further issue was resolved and a new controller was sent and once received, again the next day, everything worked fine. I must say that the level of service I have received has been impeccable and first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone

Communications were very good from the company and the product was delivered quickly. We had a slight problem with one item and this was sorted very quickly and a replacement delivered the next day.

We ordered some outdoor furniture this year from Harbour and were really impressed with the high quality of the fabric and the powdercoated aluminium frames. it really does give our patio area a nice look and we get lots of compliments! very impressed and will order more next year. i also broke some clips dismantling the furniture and Tatiana at Harbour sent me some foc so i am really happy with the service. Absolutely amazing customer service. Adrienn has gone above and beyond our expectations. We have been enjoying our Pergostet pergola for a few years now but recently had a problem with the RGB controller for the LED lights which Adrienn has diligently sourced a replacement and in the meantime kindly had delivered an accessory item for the pergola free of charge.
