Nov 02,2023Nothing but high praises for Harbour Lifestyle. We absolutely LOVE our Luna Corner Sofa with the firepit table. It was perfect in the summer and also in the Spring and early Autumn! Would highly recommend. Their customer service team has also been nothing but reliable and easily contactable! We've needed some spare parts after the clips in the seats unfortunately broke while we were moving it and they've been so quick to get us replacements!!

Oct 23,2023Great quality pergola, very sturdy, looks great and a brilliant addition to my garden creating and extended living space for all weather. Easy to follow manual and needs 2/3 people to assemble. Would 100% recommend this pergola which is also a very reasonable price including the 3 privacy screens, harbour lifestyle were quick to answer my questions and great to deal with from ordering to delivery.

Oct 18,2023We bought a wall mounted pergola which arrived on the allocated date and time slot in perfect condition - no damage which is always a great start. Spent the next couple of days assembling with no problems until we discovered that a couple of parts were missing. Contacted customer services and had such a great experience from Georgina and the team. Parts identified and despatched to us within 24hrs. Absolutely brilliant experience. Thank you.

Oct 07,2023I wanted to order an extra large cushion storage bag but delivery was 7-10 working days and I needed it in less time. I phoned the company and a very helpful lady said if I ordered on line she would look out for my order and despatch it immediately. This was Wednesday and it arrived on Friday. Well done, great service and the bag will take all my garden cushions!!

Oct 04,2023Recently bought a pergola from this company after researching competitors. I am really pleased with the quality and it looks fab. There was a very slight issue with two of the Led strips. I called the company. Tatiana was so helpful. She immediately sent out replacement strips with details on how to fit. (Very straightforward). I have already recommended the product to a few friends who have been looking to purchase similar.

Sep 29,2023I ordered my furniture from them, I was so pleased with the customer service, delivery and furniture itself I then ordered a Pergola within the space of two weeks. The delivery on both occasions was prompt, the products are amazing but everything comes second as the Customer Service and staff at Harbour are Phenomenal a true benchmark to the industry.
