Mar 16,2024This company couldn’t be more helpful ..answered all my queries immediately..backed up by a phone call ..Then the delivery wasn’t as fast as promised which wasn’t there fault and they took over from thr company doing it and organised express delivery..this was all back up with emails and telephone conversations..100% I would recommend this company and use again

Mar 15,2024We have been looking at so many companies for the right garden furniture, and yesterday had the pleasure of finally going to the new showroom at Harbour lifestyle. What an amazing showroom / collection of beautiful garden furniture. The visit was definitely worth the 2 hour drive to get there. Seeing the products in person and being able to feel the material and sit on the chairs and sofas was incredibly helpful and resulted in us being able to make a decision. Jade who showed us around was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. We asked so many questions she wondered if we were secret shoppers!!!! If we hadn’t of visited the showroom I would never of had the confidence to just order from online viewing. We just have to get our order in now

We were able to see the full range of exciting options and Jade the manager was welcoming and informative about the practicalities and features. We were excited by the digital displays, but nothing compared with the reality of being able to sit in the comfortable chairs and work out what options would be best for our large family

I ordered my corner seating set with firepit online and Tez was incredibly helpful answering my questions (including measuring the depth of the cushions for me)! The furniture itself is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for - the quality is excellent and it was straightforward to assemble. The company even sent us a youtube instructional video which was so much more helpful than the usual paper diagrams (although we received those too). I have no hesitation in recommending Harbour Lifestyle for garden furniture.

Feb 16,2024Fast delivery of pergola. We chose to use our own installers and they managed to mislay the LED lights remote. Harbour Lifestyle didn't hesitate to replace remote even though no fault of their own. The installers remarked on how well made the pergola is. We are really pleased as it does look great.

Feb 13,2024Delivery was 7/10 days. Arrived in 4. Pleased with the quality of the aluminium. Erection instructions could have been better. My husband is an aircraft engineer so he had no problem but I think others may struggle. I certainly did.

Feb 09,2024Fantastic support from Tez at Harbourlifestyle. Bought a corner Santiago Rectangular Rattan Corner Dining Set over 12 months ago which came with specific covers. Unfortunately one of them blew away in the recent storms. Harbourlifestyle replaced it free of charge. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again without hesitation.

Feb 06,2024We recently bought a pergola from Harbour Lifestyle. We are absolutely delighted with the final result. We did have a minor issue with one of the shutters. However, the very helpful customer services team sent someone to fix it. The bottom-line: a great product for a reasonable price, and outstanding customer service.

Feb 06,2024Bought a 3m x 4m Pergostet pergola in July 2023. It was excellent quality, sturdy & easy to build. However, last week (end of Jan 24), the LED lighting system developed a fault, and did not work. I contacted Harbour Lifestyle customer service, and after an email & a phone call, the faulty part was organised to be replaced and all is now good again. So, a big thumbs up to Harbour Lifestyle, firstly for an excellent product & secondly for great customer service in the event of a problem with it. A shout out for Tez, who was courteous and true to their word in sorting out a quick replacement part, which I received in no time. Harbour Lifestyle a solid 5 out of 5.

Jan 25,2024We love our new garden furniture, and can't wait to make use of it when it gets a bit warmer. Harbour Style were great and kept us updated with the processing of our order. They also didn't have our first choice of one item so we chose something else. To make up for this they kindly took away the boxes for free. I've dropped a star because the delivery guys tried to wriggle out of taking away the boxes saying they didn't do that. When I showed them an email from HL they begrudgingly agreed. After unpacking the items, they then tried to walk out the house without the boxes. I obviously pulled them up on this, and they then took them. Anyway, in summary, I will use HL again, but possibly a friendly chat with the delivery company might be needed.

Jan 25,2024Not good the roof came with lights not working .. they did send a part out to try and fix the lights but the wire built into the roof was faulty and that would meant taking the whole roof down again and sending it back . I did write a re view and they did offer me money to take my review off but they never followed up after that .. so that’s why I’m writing this .. if you do buy a garden roof pay and get them to set it up because if it’s not working you are buggered. Thats fantastic if you can sort it out would be great it’s a lovely roof be great when lights are working Hi I have sent you email asking for date when you can send technician out as I’m staying here now at the address up to April time thankyou Still waiting for you to book a technician to come to house to sort the problem with lights I have emailed you asking for that thankyou The guys come and fixed the lights and they working well now ( very Happy cus it looks lovely at night ) .. I have concerns with the amount of rain water collecting in top of roof where the lights are .. the guys took a plug out to drain it more and I will see what happens over time

Jan 23,2024I had been looking for a new pergola for some months, there were lots of different companies to choose from, but when carrying financial and background checks, and just like the sphinx rising from the ashes where outrageous claims of 10000 reviews from companies with less than a years trading and no accounts submitted. Being unsure of Harbour rather than place an on line order I visited the showroom and met the staff. I felt that the security of my cash was absolutedly rock solid so placed an order. Before and after delivery I have had occasion to contact the service desk and been satisfied with both the speed of the response and the quality of the service. Bob O'Hagan

Jan 19,2024The product (pizza oven) looks great and the delivery was very efficient. I haven't had a chance to use yet but spent time last year trying to find the right product at the right price and it ticked the box. Roll on the summer ⛱️
