Found very helpful on phone calls . Very well boxed and packed. I was told to check to make sure it was all there as it may take me two months before putting it up I found this was impossible to do with out taking everything out off the boxes which then means more chance of being damaged as it is in my garage. So fingers all is ok .

From initial enquiry as we wanted a custom made Pergola the operator called us back and nothing was to much trouble. We placed the order and the communication via E mail and updates was fantastic right down to the courier’s who delivered it , we got notified the night before with and ETA and a phone call in the morning telling me they were 40 mins away 5 ✨✨✨✨✨

In a world we’re good jobs go unrecognised I want to buck that trend and say thanks for a job well done. Delivered within the notified time slot with a call 45mim prior to delivery. The guys at the delivery company were friendly and helpful Whole experience has been painless and I'm happy everything was delivered in the promised timescales with no drama.

I purchased the Palma dining set and couldn’t wait to receive it, I wasn’t disappointed, the quality is exceptional! I had a small problem with the table top due to production this was dealt with by Georgina, her customer service skills were faultless, if only there were more like her! The replacement top arrived within a week. Harbourlifestyle have been a pleasure to deal with I will definitely be a returning customer.

Product is great exactly what we wanted. I looked for good reviews before purchasing and wasn't disappointed. There were a few issues with damaged parts (down to delivery company) but Adrienn's customer service was exceptional. Meant I was never stressed because I knew it was being sorted and so grateful that we chose a really honest company to purchase from. Thank you so much!
