Apr 05,2023We ordered a outside dining table & chairs and it came really quickly, delivery drivers were happy to put boxes in the right place in the garden too. The table itself is such good quality! Little things made us 100% consider using Harbour Lifestyle again. From the simple and logical instructions, to good packaging, easy to put together and spare screws if needed. The set is really worth the money and has a 5 year guarantee. The only small thing I would mention is the cover that comes with it - it would be useful to be able to secure it to the furniture in some way if you live in a high wind rural area like we do.

Mar 25,2023We had two plinths delivered, not one. And then the umbrella didn't turn up so we then had to contact the company. We were only ever given 12 hours notice by text of delivery - which isn't great when I am abroad. Also the bag of nuts was missing a nut which caused additional problems. Also there are no assembly instructions with the plinth. I have yet to find out what instructions come with the canopy. So that was annoying too. Georgina was very helpful but frankly it was a car crash of a delivery with drivers who were completely unable to communicate as they did not speak English. And total chaos as they had no instructions of what to do. Generally then, it was shocking. I'm sure with a bit more senior management attention they could improve their service levels. It's not that hard.

Mar 24,2023The delivery arrived in two parts, we were told would be one delivery. the instructions to assemble the table have a diagram which is incorrect showing longer bolts being positioned in the wrong location. The sides of the table not the spiggot ends

Mar 09,2023I'm delighted with our Pergostet Pergola. It looks exactly like the photos on Harbour Lifestyle's website. It's a high end, good quality product. I love the LED lights and the drop down sides. We paid for the assembly service which was worth every penny. The customer service team was helpful answering questions which helped me to decide to go ahead with the purchase. Not a single regret.

Mar 03,2023I purchased a garden corner seating unit last year but after around 10 months it started to fall apart and the wood lost all the coating. I sent pictures showing the quality and they couldn't apologies enough. The model I had purchased was no longer stocked so was offered a free, upgraded replacement. Delivery of the new furniture was within the week of the initial complaint on the day and time they said it would arrive. I would recommend this company as I understand there can always be issues with goods but it's the way that any problem is handled that is important. A happy customer.

One of the parts arrived broken and one of the covers was missing but the team were more than happy to replace them and they’ve now arrived. I only have great things to say about the company! I will definitely be buying more from them.
