We are most satisfied with their service as they have managed the property extremely well in a timely and cost effective manner which is a great help considering I reside abroad and need a hassle free service. In particular I would like to make a specific mention of Kay Kendall, Renewals Negotiator at Hastings who has managed several rent negotiations over this period in a very sensitive manner ensuring that both the tenant and the landlord are happy and it is a win win for both. It speaks for itself since I have had the same tenant over this long period since the property has been put on rent. I would recommend Hastings with no reservations!!!

Sep 29,2023Hastings International in London is the most horrendous estate agent I have ever used. They entice Asian landlords with 0 fee first year but put tenants in the flat which default on rent & kept saying the rent arrears will be cleared but never cleared. No updates until asked. Very slow, does not care abt landlords' plight and be prepared to lose a lot of money if you use them. Dealt with many agents they are absolutely the worst!

Sep 07,2023Very Unprofessional, Rude. When I was set a move in date, they did not arrange for a cleaning to be done. They don't have any sort of communication with each other and calls me at work and bothers me. They are very unorganized and I hate working with them.

Sep 05,2023They will rent you a flat with broken furnitures, broken lights and dog pees and poos on the balcony, they will also ignore your requests for fixing such issues, or they will say they will fix the issues but they never done. Worst experience, cannot believe this is how they treat their customers.

The client vetting has been commendable; they have dealt with the (few) problems arising; they have dealt professionally with all matters relating to services (tax, gas, electricity, etc); and have (to my knowledge, at least) established good working relations with our tenants. This has all been of great benefit as we live abroad.
