I’m disgusted in this management company, when I call them they are never available to talk too and they never return my calls. Our estate is also as bad as their service. Bushes are never cut down so they look tatty and the grass is now 3/4 foot high.

Just an FYI for anyone paying attention to the positive Haus reviews on here. Notice all of the positive reviews are for trivial tasks like "showing someone a portal" or "answering the phone and being polite". Anyone who has any experience of asking Haus to do anything more complicated than the tasks stated above will realize the true depths of their incompetence and dishonesty
I was recently informed that I need to reach out to the management and make sure the record is updated. I sent an email to confirm and Genavieve was able to quickly get back to me and confirm that she successfully updated the records. That was a totally smooth and effortless interaction

They have taken over the running of our block 1 and a half years ago, At the start we gave them time, listened to what they had to say and waited. In short we are still waiting. Communication is shocking, they do not respond to emails in a timely manner, they do not respond via there portal in a timely manner and keep pushing dates back, no positive change has happened since they have taken over, and 90% of what they said they would do has not happened. A company well out of there depth for a complex that has 300 flats across 4 blocks

I’m very surprised by the positive reviews as my experience has been horrid. This organisation does not understand the basics of duty of care towards disabled residents. For almost four months, I begged them for action on two matters. It all fell on deaf ears. Their negligence caused harm to my service guide dog and to my daily life as a disabled tenant. As I write this review, I am still in a state of despair and disbelief at the callousness, carelessness and negligence of their staff.
Whenever we've needed to sort anything out with our payments, such as breakdowns of payments or copies of invoices, Chanel Pon has been extremely helpful and patient. Great service, thank you!

Recently, the management company asked me to trim a tree in my back garden. A staff named Chante Louw who is responsible. She is patient and willing to help and she had provided me a quotation on my request. Though finally I did not use the contractor, she is still very patient to follow up the case and give me prompt response. I am very appreciated for her work. In a nutshell, I found that the management company has improved a lot this year.
They don’t reply to emails or phone calls. They turn our water off without warning and without permission. We have been left without water for a whole day now and we cannot reach them by email or phone to turn it back on. We pay a lot of money for our water bill. They need to leave our water turned on or they need to pay us the money we have lost due to them withholding our water supply.
I was recently helped by Chanel Pon and she was an absolute star. Super quick to respond, she sorted everything I needed sorting and kept me updated along the way.
