Haus are the management company for our estate and myself and everyone else in our building are utterly appalled by the way Haus is running our estate into the grounds. They take a huge management fee out of our service charge yet we are left with boilers that don't work, areas of the estate that are left in complete disrepair despite our continuous pleas to have things fixed to a high standard (which we pay for) and continuous issues such as being left with no water. We are trying to find a legal way to self manage our estate as Haus truly have no care for the health and safety of livelihoods of their residents.

According to their agreement with my building, the stacks are meant to be cleaned twice a year- this wasn’t done as it should have been. As a result, the stacks blocked and backed up into my flat, flooding my kitchen. Haus took well over four hours to respond. I had to call numerous times to speak to my property manager. The managers response when I said it has been stressful and it’s still flooding was “that’s perfect.” This is not an acceptable response to a tenant in distress. They are lucky nothing was severely damaged. The issue was raised four months prior on the portal and was not addressed which resulted in the flooding. Incredibly poor service, poor communication, and poor support from property managers. Would not recommend

This is the worst management company I've ever had the bad luck of dealing with, and they've run our estate into the ground. Our properties have been devalued due to incomplete projects on the water feature that have been allowed to drag on for years and we suffer from weekly water outages which cause residents huge amounts of stress. Avoid at all costs.

I have been with Haus Block Management for close to a year now. In that time, Chante has been my main port of call. She is so helpful, always on hand to support. I have had many question regarding the property and shared area that Chante has consistently responded to quickly and with clarity. She really is outstanding at what she does and I am very grateful!

I live in a flat for approximately 4 years now. During that period this company is managing the building for approximately 1 year and 3 months. Before they take control of the building management, I used to ask the other company for water and electric readings, which they used to send within one or two days. They never failed, and were always very polite (no scripting bs). Since HAUS Block Management company took control, I never got an energy reading again, even after requesting it several times. This year I spent approximately 5 months away, the energy company keeps estimating and charging me, and I cannot send them the current readings. Edit: My issue was addressed in the next day after posting this comment. As a consequence, I've changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

As a solicitor, dealt with Kholelwa Tshomi, who was very prompt and knowledgeable regarding the transaction. This ensured that the matter progressed swiftly to completion.

I am grateful to Haus for taking care of South City Court during this electrical outage time. I am grateful to Rene May for talking with me on the phone at this time. Rene was polite and professional, a credit to Haus. I hope that all the work to mend this situation gets underway very soon.

I recently contacted Haus management about a few issues in the building that needed fixing. I was surprised my concerns were addressed and resolved so quickly. Chante Louw is incredibly responsive, promptly answering emails the same day she receives them. She is always eager to address any issues or concerns I have, and tackles problems quickly and efficiently. Her communication is clear, polite and easy to understand. Well done, Chante! One of the things I appreciate most is the genuine care and understanding. Her strong work ethic, superb time management and exceptional customer service skills make her a standout in her field!

Both times, she has been exceptionally helpful in resolving my query and providing the information I've needed during my flat sale. I have worked closely with Janine Ford on a few occasions now. I live abroad and so finding someone reliable who could take care of my property in East London was paramount. Janine is most diligent and proactive. There always is a personal touch in the way she will reach out whenever there is an issue with the property. I feel very reassured whenever she is on board. She goes above and beyond, ... always.
