Dealing with lots of block management companies we know how stressful this might be but it's not the case if your building is managed by HBM! May 23,2023HAUS were the managing agent for a complex of 72 flats and 7 stand-alone houses in Harrow for about 5.5 years. Irrespective of one's view as to the performance of HAUS, the performance of their property manager, Sebastian Zawadzki, was excellent. The site was, and still is, a challenging one, and Sebastian brought a calm, competent, mature and pragmatic approach to dealing with the problems, many of which he was successful in resolving. He'll be missed!
