There was a problem with my order - it didn't arrive. I contacted Health Central and recieved a quick response from Melody. She was friendly and very helpful. A replacement was sent and arrived within a few days! It was a great experience - thanks Melody!

I will have to say when I finally got hold of Health Central USA a woman named Tracy got up with me within hours on the same day and that meant a lot to me! So for that I give five stars because she was very prompt!

Made a $300 order. Waited 29 business days and it was never shipped nor was i given an order update. Had to reach out to be told, it was 'shipped' but must've gotten lost. When i asked for tracking they said 'We don't have tracking unless it's a large order' Utter waste of time, listen to the other bad reviews, not a legitimate place to buy from

I reached out because my product hadn't arrived, but it was due to the way I had ordered it. I received a response the very same day stating that they would fix the order and rush it. Thank you Melody! I really appreciate it. Five stars for sure.

Even though the product I need is continually out of stock, Tracy replies to my inquiries immediately and let’s me know that I can wait or cancel my order. Whatever works for me. I love that kind of customer service and communication.

Edit: After about a week someone reached out and I was issued a full refund. They make it difficult to get in touch with someone as there is no direct number. Shopping on this site was not a pleasant experience and I won’t order again. I placed my order over a month ago and haven’t received it. It never shipped. There’s no contact number! The email link provided doesn’t work and I have no way of reaching out to them. It seems this is a fraudulent website. Their email won’t go through and their phone number is an outdated automated message. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Order 112988

1. Tracey promptly answered my email - I didn't have to wait up to 24 hours for an answer 2. Tracey and was courteous and clear with her message, and offered me options. 3. My credit was issued promptly and Tracey followed up to make sure every issue was addressed. 10 STARS FOR TRACEY!!! :)
