I placed an order June 18,I still have not received my order, or any correspondence or replies to my many emails. However, my credit card has been charged. I will follow up and report and am asking my credit card company to do the same.
Tracy responded quickly to my email and refunded my purchase. It was an item low in stock and not receiving in the near future. Would have given 5 stars but didn't get my product. Customer service was great.

I ordered Celtic salt for $10. Shipping was outrageous and I never received an order number but was charged. I sent 2 emails and it states they would return an email in 24 hours. I still have not heard from this company yet. With shipping the total cost was $33.06. I’m very concerned about this company now. Update: I finally got a hold of someone 07-26-2023 via Facebook. They said the refunded the money on 07-22-2023. I also received an email. The reson they gave was the item was back ordered.
Quick response, helpful. Shipping charges are outrageous, though. Had to cancel the order as a product was no longer avaialable so shipping was refunded.
My experience was great. I ordered a few products a few days ago but I found them locally so I emailed the support email to cancel my order and was promptly refunded and an email was sent saying that Tracy had cancelled and refunded my money. I appreciate the promptness and professional customer service.
I was bummed that my items were out of stock, but I sent an email to get an update and Tracy replied and was so helpful. She immediately explained the problem and issued me a refund. She didn’t ask if I wanted a refund, it was obvious that that was the only solution. Very pleased!
I ordered $71 of Primal Defense on June 20, 2023. I still have not received it! I clicked the link to send them an email and the response was no such email address. Their website looks so nice and professional, but this is obviously a scam.
Ordered $48.90 worth of merchandise and never received it. Emailed them and my email was returned because “the email account that you tried to reach does not exist.” The email I used was the link they provided to contact them! Unfortunately I didn't check this company’s reviews with the Better Business Bureau because HealthCentralUSA.com has SEVERAL complaints exactly like mine…made a payment, didn’t receive the merchandise. Don’t know how they’re still getting away with this and haven’t been shut down. I learned a valuable lesson…I will always check the company reviews of companies I have never heard of no matter how legit their website looks.

My initial order was processed ok with Health Central, but the snag happened with the distributer. It was stuck in limbo for two weeks. I had to reach out to Health Central to get it fixed.
I purchased an item online and mistakenly checked a box for 'local delivery', instead of shipping. After some time I got concerned because I hadn't received the product. I contacted the company and "Tracy" responded 24 hours later and explained what had happened. Unfortunately the product I ordered is now out of stock with no known time that it was be back on the shelf.
I emailed about my order that I did not receive. Tracy responded quickly and refunded my money. Excellent service
