ordered $75 of product on June 23rd, 2022 and never received any shipping notice or product. Called the phone number of 913-369-4722 and it was a digital computerized outbound message only with no one to talk. There is NO Chat on the website and only a info email that has no one responding. I now am receiving messages that my order is stuck and they want me to return but the page says it is no longer available. Now I am receiving emails stating that the order was never submitted even though I have a print out of the order and date and amount with an order number. began reading reviews and they have frauded many consumers. I should have read the reviews first. Such as SCAM and I fell for it.......bummer! I also read all other sites including BBB.com and they have a current case against them and rate them as "F" and the last time I got an "F" was in junior high in science class...Time to wake up and check out all internet companies going forward.
Awful experience. I purchased over 100 dollars of cookies for a group of retired priests I asked several weeks later for a tracking number. Still wasn’t shipped. Waited another week. Still hadn’t shipped. I asked for a refund on June 13. Was told it would take 3-5 days I contacted them again after 5 days Was told again 3-5 days. Still No refund . I contacted my credit card company. I filed a dispute. The next day I received an email stating I was refunded on June 13. I called the credit card company and they are looking into it for it’s not refunded . Today is the 24th . Still isn’t posted. Now another person from Health enteral USA said he would look into it Too much aggravation trying to get one’s money back If this situation fell between the cracks they should have investigated and acted on it. The Order was placed in May Instead if me constantly emailing them and filing a dispute It finally came through today is July 1 st
This company is a total scam and they charge outrageous shipping and they don't ship for at least 30 business days. They were out of the product I wanted but their website indicated it was in stock. When I contacted them 14+ business days after I placed the order and they charged my credit card they did tell me it wasn't in stock. They had no idea when it would be in stock. I'll wait until May 9, the 30 business days after ordering to see if it's been shipped. If not, I'll get AMEX involved to get a credit. I'd never buy from them again, total scam. And their website will still allow you to order the product even though they know they don’t have it.

I placed my order on June 14, opted for "free shipping" by getting my $43 order to over $100 to make their requirement, and noticed that shipping would be up to 28 BUSINESS DAYS. This was concerning! I waited 34 biz days, read these reviews, and immediately contacted Visa for a refund. There had been zero communication from the "company" -- nothing telling me that my successfully placed order had finally shipped. Don't order from this company.
